Community Engagement

Previous generations of datacenters have raised real and legitimate concerns about their impact on surrounding communities. The Lancaster AI Hub is committed to doing things differently by prioritizing transparency and meaningful community engagement. The project will create opportunities for residents to learn about the development, ask questions, and share feedback throughout the process.

Community stakeholder meetings are already underway and will continue to expand. If you’d like to stay informed or participate in the engagement process, get in touch.

CTP hosted an open house on November 12th 2025, at In Lancaster’s Ware Center, to share more details of our AI Hub development. The event was attended by over 150 people from the community, with members of the public engaging directly with CTP and our expert technical partners.
