Josh Lamberg is the founder and CEO of Signers National, a holding company that includes,. Before founding his first independent venture, Lamb Insurance Services, the nation’s largest insurance broker dedicated exclusively to social service organizations, Josh developed his expertise in this space working for Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
After graduating from the University of Richmond with a degree in Rhetoric and Communications, Josh had a short professional baseball career as catcher with several different teams including the Cincinnati Reds minor league organization. The values and ethics that Josh developed in baseball are the foundation of all companies under the Signers National umbrella. Attitude, effort, and preparation are the core elements of his company’s success. Grit, relentless drive, and continuous improvement are Signers’ best practices.

Zachary Wolf is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Signers National. Zachary joined Signers in 2024. Prior to joining Signers, Zachary served as the Chief Financial Officer at Meridian Capital Group. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Enstar Group and as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Development at AmTrust and as Deputy CFO.

As the Managing Director, People Operations, Brian leads the People function across all of Signers. Prior to joining the Signers team, Brian worked with a variety of high growth companies in Advertising, SaaS, and Legal Marketing. Companies he has worked for have been recognized as a Best Place to Work in both NYC and across the country. Brian studied Special Education and History at the University of Scranton.

Michael is Lamb’s Chief Sales Officer, leading the growth of Signer’s Retail Sales team across the US. He and his team serve as advocates for clients, helping to structure the most cost-effective and expansive insurance programs. Michael joined Lamb Insurance Services in 2013 and spent the first 9 years of his professional experience running a service team, an experience which still guides him in his educational and customer-centric approach.
Prior to joining the Lamb team, Michael spent eight years at Thomas Reuters as a valued member of the Corporate Services Group where he was responsible for providing stock market advisory research for publicly traded companies. In addition to his knowledge and understanding of insurance products designed to help human service organizations, Michael is an expert in Workers’ Compensation offerings here at Lamb Insurance Services. Michael earned his BA from Syracuse University and his Masters (Cum
Laude) from New York University.

Sarah Poppa joined Signers in 2024 as Chief Customer Officer. With 18 years of experience at Lockton Companies, she held senior management roles focused on sales and client service, where she led the development and execution of strategies to optimize distribution channels and drive long-term growth and sustainability.
In her current role, Sarah works closely with C-suite executives to foster innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring Signers organizations deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas City and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes.

Sal joins Lamb as President with over 30 years of P&C Insurance experience having served in multiple C-level and senior management roles in Operations, Strategy and Innovation, Business Transformation, and Technology for Convelo Insurance Group, Hiscox Insurance, Argo Group International, Tower Group International, QBE the Americas, Kemper Insurance, Munich Re America and AIG.
In addition to his corporate experience, Sal completed a 24-month overseas tour of duty with the United States Army as Chief Technology Officer, Military and Technology Operations, in Operation Iraq Freedom III. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge among other prestigious awards during his career; he is now retired military officer with over 26 years of service in the United States Marine Corps and United States Army reserves.
Sal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from Brooklyn College – The City University of New York, a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Regis University, and executive certifications from Harvard Business School and MIT- Sloan School of Management.

Prior to joining our team Sean was a Director of Commercial Lines at Grundy Insurance where he oversaw and grew the commercial lines department book of business. Before this, Sean was an Account Manager at Grundy Insurance where he was the head of the Special Dealers’ Program and specialized in commercial insurance for antique vehicle dealers.
Sean graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Chris is the Director of Risk Management for Lamb Insurance Services, leading the Claims & Risk Control functions for the organization. Chris and his team serve as advocates for Lamb clients, helping to prevent and mitigate losses, and manage claims when losses occur. This holistic approach to risk management enables clients to better control their cost of risk across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Lamb, Chris led a regional claims & risk control team for Hub International, a top 5 global insurance broker. Chris’ experience also includes tenure as a risk manager at the Ralph Lauren Corporation, and as a risk control consultant at a CNA Insurance. Chris holds a Master’s of Science in Safety Management from IUP, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Rutgers University.

Jennifer is a seasoned attorney with an expertise in insurance coverage and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Lamb, Ms. Moran was Assistant General Counsel at Star Stone Insurance Holdings Limited (formerly Torus Insurance Holdings, Ltd.), Senior Counsel at Tokio Marine HCC and, most recently, Associate General Counsel for the Generali U.S. Branch. She was responsible for drafting, reviewing and approving legal documents, maintaining all federal and state company licenses, providing due diligence support in connection with strategic initiatives, and providing legal and regulatory support for the property and casualty underwriting units.
Ms. Moran learned the claims’ side of insurance while at Markel Corporation. Here she investigated, negotiated, and settled complex coverage claims. Her formative years in the industry saw Ms. Moran working as Division Counsel at American International Group (AIG) and then as a Vice President and broker for Marsh & McClennan where she negotiated and placed management liability insurance for Fortune 500 companies.

Director of Placement
David is the Director of Retail Placement for Lamb Insurance Services. David and his team lead the development and management of carrier relationships along with the marketing and placement of new business and renewal accounts. The strategic approach to carrier partnerships allows Lamb to leverage their expertise to find the right solutions for their clients in the Nonprofit and Human Services space.
Prior to joining Lamb David led business development and operations at a regional Workers’ Compensation carrier. He has spent his entire insurance career focused on Sales, Leadership, and Marketing. David graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Management .
