PRODUCT CATALOG Discover the whole Lallemand Brewing's line up, including AB Vickers brewing products and the Siebel Institute of Technology educational offerings. AN INNOVATIVE STRAIN SELECTOR TOOL The Strain Selector has been created to provide brewers with options, without limiting their creativity. Two calculators are available: Ales or Sour styles. The search can be refined based to brewing strains or characteristics. The calculators recommend products from the following brands: LalBrew(R), WildBrew(R)and Mascoma(R). LALLEMAND BREWING GLOBAL DISTRIBUTOR LIST Wondering where to buy our products? You will find in this tool the direct contact list of our global distribution partners, along with the type of products they are offering. For homebrew and home wine retailers, you can still refer to the retailer map on the website. (leave retailer map underlined when translated so we can insert link please) CHAT WITH US! ALCOHOL BY VOLUME (ABV) CALCULATOR Calculate Alcohol by Volume and Apparent Attenuation. The ABV Calculator is based on the official ASBC method of calculation. CALORIE CALCULATOR Calculate beer nutrition information and calories. This calculator was developed using the ASBC standard method of calculation. These calculators, also available on our website in the “Brewer’s Corner”, have become hugely popular tools for brewers to obtain quick answers. Since proving so useful, Lallemand Brewing made sure that all tools and technical content is available on several different channels, so anyone can find support easily. PITCHING RATE CALCULATOR This calculator will help determine the amount of active dry LalBrew(R) yeast needed for each fermentation. MEASURING TITRATABLE ACIDITY Measuring Titratable Acidity is an important tool for brewers to use to understand exactly how much of a particular acid (lactic acid most often) is in a beer. BOTTLE CONDITIONING CALCULATOR Use the specially formulated Bottle Conditioning Calculator here.
