I told you it was long. XD

After 3 days of uploading I've finally finished uploading the TAI portion of the 10.01 show at Amos'.

You can find them all here at my youtube page. 3 pages of TAI for your viewing pleasure XD I had two cameras recording so if you see a 1 next to a vid, it's my camera which has better sound and a longer recording time. If you see a 2 it's my other camera that my friend was using. It was her first TAI experience, so she was an impartial judge and got better shots of Sisky, Butcher and Chizzy.

OMG you guys. I had so much fun. I got a crapload of video that I haven't even uploaded yet, so be on the lookout for those when I get a chance. I got about a minute of video from EVERY song so...yeah. I'll post them once I get them up. But right now, I give you the show in pictures. And HOLY HELL did I get some good ones :D

So I told you in my Cobra Starship post that I left their set early to get to the TAI pit.

After we met Disashi we somehow lost symmetry. She went to get some water and I dunno where she went, but we couldn't find her. I finally got ahold of her on her cell after we made our way down to main stage right to see Cobra Starship. The crowd was huge and she was somewhere in the pit. I dunno. It still kind of sucks because it was an experience I wanted us to share and DAMMIT I don't know how we managed to get seperated. lol. But ANYWAY.

After I get off the phone with her, we manage to get barricade at the far right side of the stage. Which sucked, but was a blessing in disguise. We could see the backstage area where we were and we saw Vicky-T and Suarez up there. Ryland's mom was there and she was running around mothering everone.





We saw Gabe walk up the ramp thingy to and go backstage and we yelled at him. Well, I did. lol. But he looked at us and waved. Layla held up the Cobra Cane we brought for him. He got this huge grin on his face. We (once again) yelled at him and told him it was for him. He walked further backstage to where we couldn't see him and I thought they were getting ready to go on, but next thing you know, he comes down and starts talking to Ryland's mom. Then kind of saunters down to the barricade. Layla pushes past me and hands him the cane, to which he said "That's so awesome. Thank you!" He hugs Layla and tells us he's going to take it onstage with him.

By this time I'm freaking out and COMPLETELY FORGOT to get any pictures. lol. My brain froze.

He walks over to some other people and starts signing autographs so it looks like he didn't come down just for us, which he did XD

LOL at Layla's squee of excitement. She is a Gabe Saporta girl through and through and it absolutely MADE her DAY.

I could have killed the girl standing beside us. You can hear her start to say 'Who is-' and then I cut it off. But she asked "Who is that?" I almost punched her in the face. Layla's jaw actually dropped when she asked us. I told her it was Gabe Saporta, the lead singer of Cobra Starship, and she was like "Oh, Cool!"

I just couldn't help but think, you're standing here to watch Cobra Starship, but you don't know who Gabe Saporta is?!? I almost told her to let me in front of her so I could get a better spot. lol.

So Cobra takes the stage and it's not Gabe, but ALEX who walks out with the Cobra Cane:

Halfway through Send My Love to the Dancefloor I look over to the TAI pit and see that it's getting bigger by the second, so I decide to make my way over to their pit to get a good spot. By this time I ended up losing symmetry AND Layla.

I got a clip of Church while standing in the TAI pit. It's funny because you can clearly see the people were there and excited to see Cobra Starship. Layla is in that mob of people somewhere.

Travie grabs the Cobra Cane when he comes out and starts waving it around. I freak out because my camera battery is dying and I want to save the juice for TAI. symmetry got a good pic of it, though. And here's one I found online.

So that was my Cobra Warped experience. It was awesome even though I wasn't at their stage for their entire set, but at least I got to see them. LoL.

Oh, and we saw this at We The Kings merch tent when we were buying a WTK shirt. I wanted to get one because I just knew I was going to miss their set for some reason. And we did.

So after we checked out Mayday Parade we walked down to the Route 66 stage (stage left, I think?) to get ready for Gym Class. We stood there for like 30 minutes in the sweltering heat but we were in a great spot. Dead center about four or five rows back. Finally after what seems like forever, the guys take the stage with Dejesus leading the pack.

WARNING: Videos are sporadic, short, and occasionally blurry. It's not easy to film in the pit.

Then Travie tells everyone that is Dejesus's Birthday, and we all go wild. Especially when they start into Peace Sign.

Hopefully he was just talking to me and NOT my 14 year old sister. XD Also, is it me or is he looking right at me while saying 'you need to uphold your end of it?' WHOOOOOOT. Hopefully it's not just me.

They then played a montage of different songs from The Papercut Chronicles. I remember them starting with Papercuts, but after that I'm not sure. I'm thinking it was Makeout Club and Taxi Driver and something else...

After that they played some screamo song, I can't tell you the name of it because I freaked when Travie told everyone to open up a pit. My self survival mode kicked in and I moved away as far and as fast as possible. LoL. But here is the very, very end of it.


They played another new song but I didn't get it on video. Oh, and they played Cookie Jar, too. But by this time the crowdsurfers were insane so I couldn't film as much. Also, Katy stood on the side of the stage and watched the whole show. AND at one point, Travis looked right at me, got this huge grin on his face, and then looked above me. Which should have been a clue to me, but I just thought he was looking at the people behind me. Needless to say not two seconds after he looked at me, I had a crowdsurfer on top of me. LoL. Which is also kind of funny because Dejesus decided he wanted to crowdsurf at the end of their set and jumped in the pit right next to where I was standing. So close that I could reach out and touch him. That boy is much cuter irl.

My pictures didn't turn out that great because my camera didn't want to focus because it's a piece of shit, but I'll post the best ones.






























Met Disashi at the merch tent after their set. I didn't even see him standing there at first because we were looking at the Cobra and TAI merch on the way to the GCH tent. I look up and see him and I involentarily blurt out (very loudly, might I add) OH MY GOD, DISASHI!!! He gave me a huge grin and said hi. I asked him for an autograph and he signed my Warped Program book thiny. And then he thanked me for pronouncing his name right. He also mentioned that my cane was pretty sweet. I told him it was for Gabe and he didn't seem surprised XD lol. But yeah, he was the sweetest thing ever.

I petitioned the court for custody of Layla this morning. Now I just have to wait to be served for the court date. I'd love to be a fly on the wall when HE gets served. He isn't even going to see it coming.

But anyway.

I realize that I haven't made a real post about Warped Tour, and with things going the way they are, I don't know when I'll be able to. But I'll just link you all to <lj user= "symmetry">'s (WTF LJ? Why you fuckin' with me?) post when she makes hers. She got all the best pictures anway because...you know -SHE WAS THERE WITH US!!! \m/ 

But I will say this. Yes, I saw Gym Class Heroes perform and stood only 10 to 15 feet away from Travis McCoy. He is so much more amazing in person. Just everything about him. He's just....asjfljdsfljsd. So amazing. I met Disashi and took a pic with him. He is the sweetest guy ever. He saw the Cobra Cane and said it was 'sweet.' He is now rivaling Travie for my Gym Class love. XD When we got to their merch tent I was like "DISASHI!" and he thanked me for saying his name right.

Yes, I met Gabe Saporta and we gave him the Cobra Cane. Which was amazing in itself because we managed to get his attention from the barrier before he was supposed to go on and he actually came down and got it. He said it was 'so cool' and he was going to take it onstage with him. He gave Layla a hug and then proceeded to go sign some autographs so it seemed like he didn't come down just for us. He is so nice and GOD I love Gabe. I don't understand why people say he's an asshole because he was nothing but sweet. Even when we watched him during his signing (the line was too long so we didn't stick around) he hugged EVERY SINGLE PERSON he met. ILU GABE. But he didn't end up taking the cane onstage with him. Alex did XD Still, it was awesome. And when Travie came out for Snakes, he picked it up and started waving it around and I'm pretty sure he licked it during the 'tongues so reptilian' part of his rap. Which is funny because Layla and I had been carrying it around all day and I'm sure it was sweaty. But hey, it's almost like he was licking us :D I managed to find a pic and a couple of youtube vids.

I feel bad though because I left Cobra's set halfway though to get to the TAI pit. 

The Academy Is... was amazing. Youtube videos do not do those boys justice. Especially the new songs. Jack was right. DO NOT trust what you see on Youtube. Seeing William Beckett perform is pretty much the equivilent of an orgasm. Seriously. He's so pretty and so charismatic and just. MY GOD.

But the best part? The very, VERY best part? Meeting him. Standing less than two feet away from him made me freak out. Not to mention he busted me taking pictures of his ass while we were waiting in line. Actually, Tony the tattle-tale tour manager did, and then he told Becks. But Beckett just got this little smirk and turned to us and smiled and waved. But he did give me a "I know what you did there" look. Needless to say when I got to him, he fucked with me. He was asking me where to sign and I just told him anywhere, so then he proceeds to point to various places on the page and be like "here? here? how about here?" It was his pretty much payback in his own adorable way. And yes, he is a gazillion times more adorable in real life. It was the best thirty seconds of my life.

Next in the signing was Butcher. I never really made eye contact with him though because Beckett leaned over and whispered in his ear while pointing to the Sleeping With Giants Tour sticker on the book I made them sign.  It was super hot. So by the time I get to Carden I'm still staring at Butcher when he waves at me. I finally look at him and he kind of smirks and waves again, to which I waved back like an idiot. Mike Carden has the most amazing eyes of any man I've ever seen. They're not cute doe eyes like Becketts, but they're these piercing light green eyes that are just...seducing. Pictures and video don't do Carden justice. He is SO MUCH HOTTER in real life. 

So I get to Sisky and can I just say that the boy is super adorable? For serious? I know he gets a lot of flack about his ego and whatnot, but he's like, the older brother everyone wishes they had. He loved my SWG sticker too, and he signed my book and put T.A.I under his signature, which he didn't do with Layla's or Jersey's. It made me feel special. He gave me thumbs up and grinned at me. I totally fell in love with him and gave him thumbs up back. 

Finally it was Chislett. He signed the book and handed it back to me. I thanked him and he was all 'you're very welcome' in that hotass Austrailian accent. Seriously, his voice makes direct contact to the groin. It was insane.

Layla had the guys sign her sketchbook. It was cute because while Becks was looking through them, Butcher was leaning over his shoulder at the same time, and Carden was trying to see too. Sisky told her she was really talented. So she had a great experience too. And you will soon read about Jersey's. 

It was the greatest moment of my life, guys. Seriously. Meeting these guys that I've been crazy over for the past six or seven months was just...indescribable. I also saw Jack the Camera Guy carrying around THE briefcase. I yelled at him and waved. He waved back but didn't stop. He was walking like he was on a mission.

So, I'll shut up now and show you some pics. Sorry if they kill you flist, but I didn't have time to resize or anything, and I'm on the Godmom's laptop so I don't have any of my programs. *le sigh* The price of freedom. Better yet, I'll give you links.

We missed the first song, which was "Jamie All Over." They started at 11:15 and to be that early, they were rocking pretty good. Videos are really short because it's hard to participate, help crowdsurfers, and film/take pictures. Also: I'm partial to the flaming redhead. Sue me. He's just so charismatic on stage, you can't help but watch him. I love me some Brooks Betts. And my camera didn't want to focus so whatever. lol. They only get a little blurry.
