Utilize music and technology to create an energetic space where seniors can sing, dance, and connect with others in a fun and social environment.
Electronic Bingo
leverage technology to create a lively space where seniors can relax, play, and connect with others in a friendly environment.
BakeFEAST
encourage seniors to bake together, share recipes, and enjoy fresh hot treats in a friendly and social setting.
Knitting/Arts and Craft
provide seniors with an enjoyable opportunity to create, learn new skills, and socialize with others.
Seniors Exercise
build strength and balance through light weight training, band exercises, and more.
Joint Mobility
build flexibility, movement, and fitness. This promotes our seniors' overall well-being!
Tech Support
Seniors come for inquiries and assistance with their phones and technology. We support seniors with learning how to use their devices!
ESL Classes
seniors learn to improve their English speaking through lessons and conversational engagement.
Board Games
provide games for our seniors to connect and build their cognitive minds with fun!
Seniors Hot Lunch
Seniors join together to share a delicious hot meal, connect, and chat!
Birthday Club
bring seniors together each month to celebrate members with birthdays, enjoy cake and activities, and create a joyful and social environment
On-Site Special Events
For our on-site special events we have highly inclusive events with food and live music to celebrate occasions such as Christmas Event, Mother day, Birthday Club, and more!
Off-Site Field Trips
Life-long memories created with memorable coach-bus trips to museums, parks, markets, and more!
