WholeQ’s Patient Mobile App, enables users to use services from partnering service providers. With a basic account users can locate testing locations, order lab tests, and manage their test results. Users can unlock discounts and benefits with a QSure membership.
Current version features:
- Create and manage test orders for you and your minor family members.
- Complete required paperwork ahead of time.
- Find LabQ locations near you.
- Check-in at LabQ locations with your patient or order QR code.
- View, download and print your lab results.
- Sign up for QSure.
- Schedule medical visits with QCare (available with select QSure memberships)
Users download the app to their phone or tablet and create an account. WholeQ stores basic user data, such as sex assigned at birth, date of birth, and street addresses. The user includes insurance information or pays for tests in the app by credit card, using a third-party payment processor (Stripe). WholeQ does not receive nor store cardholder data, other than the last four digits and expiration month/year.
