What devices can I donate?
We accept smartphones, iPhones, tablets, iPads, laptops, and MacBooks. Devices can be in any condition—even broken devices have value!
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely! All devices processed through Phobio undergo professional data sanitization that meets Department of Defense standards. Your personal information is completely and securely erased.
How is the value of my device determined?
Phobio assesses each device based on its make, model, age, and condition. Even broken devices have value that can help KVNO continue elevate lives.
Can I get a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes! KVNO is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You’ll receive a tax receipt for your donated device after it has been processed.
How do I ship my device?
After completing the donation form on the Phobio platform, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label. Simply package your device securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
