[A few muffled sounds are heard as well as some electronic beeps]
...two, three... I guess it works better now.

[The screen lights up as Kurisu's face appears on it. She has an accomplished look on her face.]

I apologize for my sudden disappearance, I had trouble accessing the network... Why do I feel like I was absent from an internet discussion board?

[It happens as Kurisu is waiting for Ryoji. She's rather bored so she decides to take a look at the gravestones... out of sheer curiosity. She'd seen people share their experiences with them over the PCD network, of course she wouldn't let herself be affected. Well, it proabably wouldn't be pleasant. But she just had to check if she was right.

The gravestone reads as follows:
Makise Kurisu

She stares at it for a few minutes and mutters to herself. The PCD mic picks up a few words.]

...think I'm glad I came to this place, all things considered.

[Kurisu has not seen any gravestones yet and despite her best attempts to ignore what she has seen and heard in the PCD network, she is definitely not looking forward to seeing one.]

I'd like to thank everyone who helped me and told me where I am. I don't know what I'd do if it wasn't for you.

[The PCD was supposed to get turned off right at this moment but the device actually picked up some of her muttering.]

Alright, here's hoping I can safely reach Ryoji's place and avoid getting into trouble...

A girl's face appears on screen. Her expression is serious and despite her attempts to hide it, it is clear that she is scared. Far from panicking though

One, two, three, testing... oh, it seems that this device works. I assume it is connected to a network of some sort.

A few beeps are heard as she presses some buttons. She starts muttering to herself while playing with them

Okay, I guess I got the basics of how to use this thing... Now to check if there actually is someone I can contact... hello, is someone there? What is this place?
