The New Beat Farm

Airs Fridays, 5:00–6:00pm, and repeats the following Sunday at 3:00pm.

COVID preempted all live in-studio Beat Farm sessions from spring 2020 until fall 2021. We have resumed offering live Beat Farms, now regularly scheduled for the third Friday of each month, hosted by Leslie Black and Carl Zoretich. Stay tuned for announcements about special additional Beat Farms during the summer.

The other 3–4 Fridays of each month, we broadcast archived episodes of live musicians in our studios — Beat Farm repeats from years past.

KTWH is seeking volunteers who will book and host musicians for the other weeks. Live music on the radio every Friday evening is exactly what we want to offer listeners.

Local programming is our priority, so there IS still room in our schedule for new local programs — we will happily displace outside programs for good local programming.

If you miss something we have changed (mostly outside programs that have been canceled, reruns of them eliminated, or the time changed), let us know — we can try to find a slot for anything we should be keeping, but we need to hear from you.
