Kool Home Performance is the energy-efficiency division of Kool Foam, Oklahoma’s longest-running spray foam company. After 18 years of insulating new construction, we kept getting the same call from existing homeowners: “My house is too cold in the winter, too hot in the summer, my bills are crazy, and the contractors I’ve called keep trying to sell me things that don’t solve the problem. Can you help?”
Kool Home Performance is the answer. We came at this work from the inside out — we already know what good insulation looks like, what air-sealing should do, and what the real cost of an under-performing home is to the family living in it. We bring that knowledge to existing homes and we focus on what actually moves the needle: the building envelope, the attic, the air leaks, the insulation that wasn’t done right the first time.
We’re led by Casey Boehs, who learned the trade in the Kool Foam shop and now runs this division as a deliberate next chapter for the company. We carry the same three standards as Kool Foam: thrill the customer, everybody wins on every job, and own every mistake. If your house isn’t working the way it should, we’ll figure out why — and we’ll be honest about whether we’re the right team to fix it.

Founder
Cory founded Kool Foam in 2007 and has been at the front of every part of the company since — sales, production, customer relationships, and the standards the company runs on. He’s a third-generation tradesman who learned framing from his father and grandfather and started his first crew at 18. Outside the business, he’s a husband to Suzanne, a dad to four, and a Northwest Arkansas mountain biking enthusiast
Suzanne
Co-Owner & Integrator
Suzanne is co-owner of Kool Foam and the operational backbone of the company. As integrator, she connects vision to execution — running team meetings, leading financial planning, and making sure that the way Kool Foam works internally matches the standards we promise externally. She has been part of Kool Foam since the beginning, including the days when our first jobs were sprayed with baby Casey watching from a playpen on the lawn.
CASEY
KHP Division Lead
Casey runs Kool Home Performance day-to-day. He came up through Kool Foam after his own path through welding and fabrication, and he chose this work — he’s not running the family business by default. He’s the person who will walk your home, give you the honest assessment, and own the project from start to finish.
JESSE
Operations & Sales
Jesse came up from the crew. He sprayed foam for four years and led a crew before transitioning into running production and sales. If you call us about a project, there’s a good chance Jesse will be the one walking the job and putting the quote together. He’s direct, honest, and knows the work from the inside out.
