WE DON'T JUST INSULATE
WE DO IT RIGHT
18 years of showing up, doing the work, and standing behind it.
I started Kool Foam nights and weekends back in 2007.
I didn’t have a big plan—just knew I wanted to do the work right and build something I could stand behind.
That hasn’t changed.
OUR STORY
BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP
From a front lawn in Oklahoma to thousands of homes across the state, our story is built on hard work, honesty, and doing things the right way.

Kool Foam started on the front lawn of our home in Enid, Oklahoma.
- A baby in a playpen nearby
- A truck in the driveway
- A spray rig just getting going
- Nights and weekends after a full day on the job
Every project was a lesson—learning the trade, solving problems on the fly, and figuring out what it really takes to do the work right. Nothing was polished, but the foundation was being built: show up, work hard, and stand behind what you do.

We went all in. Leaving the safety of a steady paycheck meant betting on the work, the customers, and ourselves.
- More jobs
- More responsibility
More people putting their trust in us
It was the point where this stopped being a side hustle and became a real company—one built intentionally, not inherited. From the start, it was clear: if we were going to do this, we were going to do it our way—with full ownership of the outcome.

We almost lost it. There’s no clean version of that year—just hard lessons and hard decisions.
- Stepped back to look at everything
- Fixed the systems
- Relaid the standards
- Refocused on people and purpose
We walked away from things that weren’t right, even when they were profitable. That season clarified what actually matters: being honest with the customer, with the team, and with ourselves—even when it costs something.

What came out of that wasn’t just a better business—it was a better standard.
- Stronger systems
- Clearer expectations
- A team that believes in the work
Today, Kool Foam has insulated thousands of homes, shops, barns, and commercial buildings across Oklahoma. The company runs on trust, accountability, and people who care about doing the job right—no shortcuts, no excuses. Just work we’re willing to stand behind.

Every project taught us the trade, problem-solving, and what it takes to do the job right. The foundation was simple: work hard and stand behind your work.

SAME VALUE
STRONGER THEN EVER
From the beginning to today, our promise hasn’t changed: do the job right, treat people right, and stand behind our work.
WHERE THE STANDARD COMES FROM
THIS DIDN'T START WITH ME
“ My dad once spent eight months fixing someone else's mistake-basically for free-because making it right wasn't optional.„
That’s where this comes from. Not from a mission statement. From watching it happen.
That’s what “We Own Our Mistakes” means here.

WE BUILT A TEAM
A TEAM WORTH SHOWING UP FOR
My son Casey texted me after his first day: “I love this crew.”„
THE SMALL MOMENTS

THE CAT
Kadin went back to a crawl space job twice-after ther work was done-just to help find a customer”s missing cat
Nobody asked him to. That’s just who he is.

THE DETAILS
Most contractors skip prep work. We don’t.
Because that’s the difference between foam that lasts and foam that falls

THE RESULT
A customer walked into his insulated tack room on a hot Oklahoma day and laid down on the cool concrete

REAL CARE
We show up. We help. We go the extra mile— not for a review, but because it’s the right thing to do.
OUR CUSTOMERS SAVE ROUGHLY
$500,000
EVERY MONTH
ON THEIR ENERGY BILLS
Over 18 years, Kool Foam has saved Oklahoma homeowners an estimated $500,000 a month in energy costs. We want that number to be $5 million a month. That's not a Kool Foam goal — it's a goal worth a career. We're building toward it deliberately, one customer at a time, with the same standards we've had from day one.
If your home, shop, or building isn't working the way it should, we'd be honored to come look at it. We'll give you an honest answer. And we'll tell you whether we're the right team for the job — or not.
The Standards That Run This Company

WE THRILL OUR CUSTOMERS
Not satisfied. Thrilled. The wife who texted her husband “oh my gosh” the first hot day after we sprayed their attic. The man who walked into his insulated tack room on a busy day and laid down on the cool concrete just to feel it. If a job won’t produce that response, we don’t take it.

EVERYBODY WINS

WE OWN OUR MISTAKES
Cory’s father once spent eight months fixing a basement contractor’s failure on a job his company didn’t cause, without charging the customer. That standard came down to Cory, and it’s in the DNA of Kool Foam. When we make a mistake, we say so, we fix it, and we make it right.
The Standards That Run This Company

Cory Boehs
Founder & CEO
Cory founded Kool Foam in 2007 and has been at the front of every part of the company since — sales, production, customer relationships, and the standards the company runs on. He’s a third-generation tradesman who learned framing from his father and grandfather and started his first crew at 18. Outside the business, he’s a husband to Suzanne, a dad to three, and a Northwest Arkansas mountain biking enthusiast.

Suzanne
Chief Focus Officer
Suzanne is co-owner of Kool Foam and the operational backbone of the company. As integrator, she connects vision to execution — running team meetings, leading financial planning, and making sure that the way Kool Foam works internally matches the standards we promise externally. She has been part of Kool Foam since the beginning, including the days when our first jobs were sprayed with baby Casey watching from a playpen on the lawn.
