TITLE: Operations Research Analyst

DUTIES:  Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making and various operations functions. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, supply chain, and production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Optimize supply chain and procurement activities, streamline manufacturing workflows, forecasting demand, and ensure timely delivery of RF components, including adapters, attenuators, connectors, RF switches and other products. Develop data-driven models and performance metrics to improve decision-making, reduce operational inefficiencies, and support the company’s growth. Evaluate performance, lead times, and material requirements to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce disruptions in the operations. Conduct workflow analyses of manufacturing and assembly processes to improve throughput, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance resource utilization. Analyze cost structures, pricing impacts, and production variability to recommend cost-effective operational strategies. Collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to assess operational requirements and implement data-driven process improvements. Use operations research techniques to evaluate alternative solutions and recommend optimal outcomes.

SALARY: $64,000.00 per annum

REQUIREMENTS:  Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Business Analytics or Supply Chain Management plus 1 year of experience in the job or as Data Analyst, Analytical Strategist or Category Manager
