Our app utilises the Apple Health Kit to make the health risk assessment process simpler and more accurate. By automatically pre-filling certain wearable data (e.g. steps, weight etc) from your Health Kit, such as your heart rate, the app can more efficiently assess your overall health and provide personalised recommendations for improving your health and wellbeing.
