Seriously, I'm not. Not yet, anyways. Rube Goldberg has been EATING MY LIFE. And I haven't had time to do anything online lately, much less on LJ or HiH. :( The whole project will be done by March 7th, though, so I'll definitely be back by then! I just wanted to let you all know why I've been practically nonexistent for the past month or so. :)

Okay, that's all. I'll talk to you all in March! :D Which thank God isn't too far away.

Soooo, I'm taking a mini-hiatus from now until next week Saturday. Because I have finals this week, and I've convinced myself that I can't have any distractions else I'll fail. :( I do not want that, haha!

For I have to study for AP classes and accelerate ones too, plus I have to write a research paper on Chicago's Society for Human Rights for the History Fair. Bleh. I have about 6 pages done, but I need about 3 more. :( I'm stretching it as is, and if I want to make it really good I can't be coming on here or Facebook or anything.

I just wanted to let you all know just in case someone wonders where the hell I went. (Mostly for HiH; I'm still here guys! ;_;)

I received my first v-gift on LJ today, and I really felt the need to thank my Secret Friend over at the_puff_house for it. It literally made me day. ♥

Because (and I'm not sure if you know this, or if any of you do, really) my dog of ten years, Summer, past away a little while ago. I've been having a really crappy time, especially since my family wants to get another dog already. (In fact as I'm writing this, they're out looking at puppies without me. Really, can they not understand that I want to wait a while longer before getting another?)

But seeing that virtual-Yorkie (with the lovely message!) really made me smile. :) ♥ ♥ ♥ So thank you. You've effectively cheered me up, where otherwise I'd be moping about til my parental units return.
