The team of like-minded people starts with you
Step 1
Fill out a small form, and add a CV or LinkedIn right here. Just hang tight for a moment. We’ll reach out to your referral within 1 business day.
Step 2
As soon as we connect with your referral, you’ll receive updates on your candidate status. If everything falls into place – in case we all get along and the candidate fits – we’ll welcome your referral to join the team.
Step 3
After your referral joins, you get 50% of your bonus. Upon their successful probation, you’ll receive the rest via our bonus system!
Who can send referrals:
Checklist for the perfect candidate
The candidate must know the vacant position and KITRUM values and be keen to cooperate with us
Do not refer to yourself — just check out our multiple job openings and apply directly
We accept a referral if the candidate has not applied to equal positions at KITRUM within the last two months
You must be the first person to refer this candidate for a particular position (the date and time of every bid are registered)
Referrals are yours for 3 months, preventing credit from going to other referrers
Your candidate has not already applied to the selection process for other KITRUM current vacancies

How can I submit a referral?
Click on the website’s ‘Refer a Friend’ button. A referral form will appear for you to fill out. Please provide your full name and contact information, as well as your referral’s details, including their full name, contact information, location, LinkedIn profile, and desired position. You also have the option to upload their CV.
What is the bonus amount for referring a candidate?
The bonus amount depends on the job your referral is hired for, their expertise, and the position type (full-time, short-term, or part-time). Bonuses range from $50 for short-term or part-time roles in the Admin Team to a maximum of $2000 for long-term Lead positions.
When do I receive a bonus for a recommendation?
You will receive 50% of your bonus after your referral joins the company. The remaining amount will be paid once they successfully complete their probation period, through our bonus system. You’ll receive email notifications updating you on their progress. Please note that the second part of the bonus is only paid if your referral successfully completes their probation period.
How long is the probation period?
The probation period is typically 3 months, but it may be extended in certain cases. For example, if a client’s project requires a longer onboarding process, or if the candidate needs additional time to meet probation goals and adjust to the project.
How will I receive my bonus and check if my candidate is not considered a referral?
You will receive automatic updates via email. Our Recruiting Manager will keep you informed about any news or changes regarding your referral application. If you need feedback or want to check the status of your referral, you can also contact us at [email protected].
Which recommendations are not relevant for a referral program?
A recommendation won’t be considered valid if the person you referred:
- isn’t interested in working with us;
- has already applied for a job at KITRUM within the last 2 months;
- is already being considered by the Recruiting Team for this position;
- was referred by someone else within the previous 3 months;
- didn’t pass their trial period.
What if my friend doesn't get the job?
If your candidate doesn’t pass the interview, we’ll notify you via email. We’ll also keep their profile on file and consider them for other open positions at KITRUM for up to 3 months, updating you about any positive developments.
If no suitable vacancy is open, can I send a referral? Will I receive a bonus if the position becomes available?
Yes, you can submit your referral for review. If your referral hasn’t been recommended within the last 3 months or applied directly within the last 2 months, HR will consider them for relevant open positions.
If no vacancies are available, we’ll keep their CV on file for up to 3 months and notify the candidate when a suitable position opens. You’ll receive a bonus if your referral is hired and successfully completes probation.
