Well! The past is the past, is it not? It cannot be changed, and so, one must look forward! Away from such past embarassments and to the future! Yes, particularly in this pauper's paradise, such a thing as a minor concussion and short-term memory loss must be quickly overlooked in favor of more important things!

Ah, and I see my memories have been restored just in time~ ♥ Valentine's Day is in but a mere two days, and even such a place as this will not keep us modest romantics from enjoying a cause of celebration!

Discedo's Host Club
welcomes you to its first of many elegant and fantastic events! Doors will open to the music room, in the second floor of the High School, at three o'clock sharp on February the fourteenth for a splendid afternoon, one that will not soon be forgotten! Formal invitations will be sent soon! ♥

Now...onto business! I implore an audience with the honorable ladies who offered their assistance previously when I mentioned the task of sewing. I have a request that only you can fill!

Host Club! With preparations completed for the room, we must ready our first event. Everything will need to have been readied to perfection. Clothing, food, even the event itself will have to be carefully tailored for this. Subtle, classy -- something elegant will suit such a fine holiday occa--

Attention Discedo! In this dystopian wonderland, this paradise of poverty, we must all know what is ours! --Yes, our territory must be claimed, and defended, lest it be taken from us! Therefore, I feel it imperative to call attention to this fact: the high school music room has been claimed in the name of us, Discedo's glorious Host Club in progress.

We cannot allow these barbarians to gain control of everything we've worked so hard for! At all costs, we must defend the music room!

CHRISTMAS EVE IS HERE!!

Decorations have been done to create a truly spectacular holiday mood! Yes, perfect! Bravo! And now-- Hikaru! Kaoru! I need your help!

I have been charged with a most important task!

HOST CLUB!

It has come to my attention that Hunny-senpai has gone missing!!

We must split up and form a search party! Hikaru, Kaoru, search the eastern section of town. Kyouya and Mori-senpai will be searching the west. Haruhi and I ♥~ will search the north.

Report your findings to me!!

If anyone else sees a short blond boy, do not engage; instead, contact Mori-senpai immediately!

After Hunny-senpai is found, we will set to work helping Mullet-san prepare his decorations for Christmas!

[there's some rustling in the background, and then a few footsteps, followed by a few rather destructive-sounding crashes and what sounds suspiciously like rubble falling to the ground]

[for a while all that can be heard is some quiet murmuring, and the occasional sound of very faint footsteps in the background or closing doors. then there's a groan, and some rustling]

[another pause, and some more rustling as Tamaki stands]

Ah, but I seem to have found my way to Latimir! Of course, of course, that didn't take long at all! Haruhi! Father is coming!!

((in response to this log, after which kamui dragged him to the nearest safe building. ...no he's not at latimir, he's at the horton apartments xD but he will be going up and down the halls shouting out for anyone he knows!))

But Kyoya, we haven't even played any games yet! And we--we can't leave a fair before we ride the commoner rides! Haruhi-- Haruhi wants to see them too, don't you--

[Sounds of frantic searching (and the occasional whine or whimper) can be heard, followed by a crunch! that sounds like the PDA being stepped on]

Ah--? What is this? Cheaper and clunkier than even a bargain-bin mobile phone...what could this be? And where...--

[There's a small 'hm,' followed by a moment of quiet]

This ruined scene, the rubble and destruction, the distinct aroma of death and rot in the air...it must be-- Yes! This is very nearly a survival horror nightmare! The very height of commonality, worse even than the slums of Haruhi's own neighborhood, akin only to the desolation seen in information commercials devoted to third-world countries! This is it-- this is the stuff one only dreams of! A true pauper's palace!

But how did I get here? Could it be that I was spirited away by an evil demon--? [a gasp] One bent on separating me from my one and only, my darling daughter?! No, back, evil succubus! You shall not have her! HARUHI! I'LL SAVE YOU!

[A few running footsteps can be heard, and then the device clicks off]
