eLearning
Our eLearning modules are rooted in the same evidence base and deploy, where possible, many of the pedagogical tools used in our synchronous training.
Why eLearning?
eLearning presents profound opportunities for the scalability and reach of bystander intervention training.
Flexible and accessible: Learners can engage with high-impact content anytime, anywhere – perfect for busy teams or dispersed workforces.
Scalable impact: Reach large numbers of employees efficiently while maintaining a consistent message and quality of learning.
Interactive and engaging: Our eLearning uses realistic scenarios, branching stories and reflective activities to build confidence and empathy, not just awareness.
Measurable outcomes: Track learner progress and course completion in your LMS to demonstrate engagement and organisational impact.

Workplaces:
Stepping up to the Duty to Prevent Sexual Harassment at Work
Stepping up to the Duty to Prevent Sexual Harassment at Work equips staff to notice, respond and ultimately prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
Driven by the same evidence base underpinning our synchronous training, ‘stepping up to the duty’ is values driven – mobilising already-existing postive qualities of staff to drive culture change.
Going beyond compliance, the training make the links between ‘low-level’ sexism and sexual harassment – and provides staff with practical strategies for skilful interventions.
Offered either Kindling-branded or bespoke to you, we can tailor the course to your brand and tone of voice and build-in custom scenarios reflecting actual experiences and culture in your organisation or sector.

e-Learning testimonial
“We partnered with Kindling Interventions based on their previous work with the club and their specialist expertise in addressing harassment in the workplace.
By aligning their insights with our internal people policies, we were able to collaboratively develop an e-learning course that not only educates but empowers our staff.
The course ensures that everyone across the organisation is equipped with the knowledge and confidence to identify, prevent, and respond to harassment, fostering a safer and more respectful working environment.”
