Principal, Senior Consultant

As a Kestgo Founding Principal, Ms. Keller has dedicated her career to support services and to elevating the people who perform those functions. With years of proven success and over 15 years in healthcare consulting, her expertise has been invaluable in helping Kestgo clients improve performance in areas such as food and nutrition services, environmental services, plant operations, engineering, volunteers, guest services, and patient transportation.

As a leading voice at Kestgo, Paula has proven successes guiding support service organizations through financial and operational challenges and is skilled in project planning, management, team leading, and facilitation. Paula has helped many Kestgo clients achieve breakthrough gains in cost, employee satisfaction, and the patient experience due to her passion for people, the pursuit of excellence, and for inspiring others to exceed their own expectations.

  • Provided leadership and specialized expertise to underperforming support service departments, improving all key metrics.
  • Implemented standardized operating platforms for Environmental Services and Food & Nutrition Services across several regional healthcare systems, largest being a 32-hospital system.

Principal, Senior Consultant

Mr. Stookey, a principal of Kestgo Group, has over 30 years of industry experience in support service leadership and operations. Don’s hands on leadership style has led many strategic initiatives, driving down costs, improving operations and overall performance.

Don has extensive experience in support services RFP development, contract development, and negotiations. Don’s business development experience provides a leading edge when advocating for his Kestgo clients. Don’s priority is to create an excellent patient experience and a customer service culture that supports excellence and a hospitality mindset. He is a thought leader in Support Services, providing innovation and leading practices to clients every day.

Gary Goettl

Principal, Senior Consultant

Mr. Goettl, a principal of Kestgo, has over 30 years of industry experience in support service leadership and consulting, leading and advocating for support services teams, improving the patient experience and coworker engagement, all while lowering costs and improving productivity and quality.

Gary combines his practical experiences with a background in strategic planning, operational analytics, and change management to improve financial performance while producing meaningful and sustainable quality.

Gary has managed a comprehensive portfolio built around Support Services, with a focus on work force engineering, RFP development, cost savings, quality improvement and leading practices adoption.

Executive Advisor

Flo brings over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience across small hospitals and large integrated health care systems as a nurse, SVP of Operations, CEO, and legal counsel. Her understanding of the rigor required to achieve operational excellence, the importance of strong teams and aligned governance, and the structural and engagement requirements to thrive in these challenging times has led many organizations to success.

Before joining Kestgo as an Executive Advisor, Ms. Spyrow served as CEO at Northern Arizona Healthcare during the pandemic , leading NAH through the demands of new patient care requirements, re-engineering the workforce, maintaining operational performance while improving quality performance overall, and the development of a strategic plan that envisioned a transformational Health & Wellness Village. She understands the challenges of rural healthcare, in a large healthcare system and in a smaller community as CEO of Hammond Henry Hospital, creating strategic alliances to ensure both independence and sustainability. She also led integration and operational improvement efforts at two large, integrated healthcare systems as Senior Vice President of Operations within Genesis Health System and as Vice President of Operations at Trinity Regional Health System, as it affiliated with what is now UnityPoint Health. Her legal expertise has been invaluable in restructuring organizations, developing multiple partnerships, and securing financial turnarounds within numerous healthcare organizations while maintaining their core mission. Her multidisciplinary approach to healthcare management encompasses a blend of nursing expertise, executive prowess, and laser focus on team performance.

Director of Contracts

Chris Kacsits is our Director of Contracting and brings more than 25 years of industry experience in healthcare Support Services, business development, and operational leadership. He has partnered with both individual facilities and large, complex health systems to deliver sustainable improvements in staffing and labor models, cost reduction strategies, and revenue optimization.

Chris is known for combining high energy and a positive leadership style with a rigorous, data-driven approach, creating cultures of accountability while delivering measurable results across all Support Services disciplines. This balance enables him to design and implement comprehensive, high-impact solutions for Kestgo clients nationwide.

Project Specialist

Sarah Kasey is a Project Specialist at Kestgo, where she has been a key contributor for more than 10 years. She partners with healthcare organizations to address complex business challenges and enhance support services. Known for her reliability and expertise, Sarah supports projects across multiple fronts, from client communications and survey design to data collection and analysis, helping ensure that KESTGO and its clients have the clarity and insight needed to drive meaningful improvement.
