Kerman are pleased to welcome Noella Gomes as a HR Recruiter. Noella brings over 12 years of HR and recruitment expertise across engineering, IT, advertising, and FMCG sectors. She holds an MBA in Leading and Managing People from Southern Cross University and has demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within the infrastructure, mining, and engineering design sectors.

Kerman warmly welcomes Kiran Kour as an Electrical Project Engineer. Kiran joins us as an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer with extensive project management capabilities across mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors, having recently managed electrical packages for major projects, including Fortescue and Roy Hill. Kiran comes with strong technical expertise in electrical systems design, commissioning, and procurement management.

Kerman takes pleasure in welcoming Ben Bassett as Contracts Manager. Ben brings over 14 years of experience in commercial construction. He currently joins us from ADCO Constructions, where he managed contracts on major projects, including the Perth Concert Hall Redevelopment ($110M) and Newman Health Services Redevelopment ($48M). He brings strong expertise in contract negotiation, commercial risk management, and dispute resolution, having successfully led complex commercial negotiations and mentored junior staff throughout his career. Ben holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Curtin University and recently completed Advanced Construction Contracts training.

Kerman is excited to welcome Christo Potgieter as Design Manager. Christo brings 27 years of mining industry expertise as a Senior Project Manager and Design Manager, specialising in transfer point design and having successfully delivered major projects including Rio Tinto’s Cape Lambert Portable Water Facility and the $600 million car dumper facility project in Port Hedland, with proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams and client relationship management.

Kerman is happy to extend a welcome to Niaz Rahman as a Project Engineer. Niaz, a Graduate Mechanical Engineer,  joins us with strong experience in construction project delivery and advanced engineering analysis. Niaz has previously supported mechanical and hydraulics packages at Laing O’Rourke. Niaz is proficient in industry-standard software, including Ansys Fluent, SolidWorks, and Abaqus, and has demonstrated leadership through his involvement with the UWA Aerospace Club and University Engineers’ Club.

Kerman extends a warm reception to Emmanuel Olijutan as a Contracts Administrator. Emmanuel brings over nine years of international experience in quantity surveying and commercial contract management, including current experience in the Australian construction industry. His expertise lies in contract administration under Australian Standards (AS2124, AS4000), procurement, subcontractor management, and claims administration across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Kerman extends a warm welcome to Sean Cunningham as an Estimator/Contracts Administrator. Sean is an experienced construction professional with over 15 years in the industry. Recently having worked with Barpa as an Estimator, Sean managed tenders across defence, government, and mining sectors. He holds a Cert IV in Building (Estimating) and brings comprehensive expertise in estimating, scheduling, project administration, and design, with proven experience working for major clients including Rio Tinto, BHP, and FMG.

Kerman graciously welcomes Eoin Rowley as an Estimator/Contracts Administrator. Eoin brings seven years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, spanning residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Eoin holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying. Eoin’s skills include contract administration, cost planning, and tender preparation, with experience on projects valued at up to $40m.

Kerman is thrilled to welcome Richard Edinger as a Contracts Administrator. Richard brings over 10 years of commercial and contracts management experience, most recently serving as Senior Contracts Administrator at Georgiou Group on major projects, including the New Fitzroy River Bridge ($300M+) and the Reid Highway Grade Separation Project. His background includes extensive contract management work on multiple Rio Tinto projects worth over $ 100 million.

Kerman is delighted to welcome Mayank Faldu as a Mechanical Project Engineer. Mayank is an Electro-Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in complex mining, ports, defence, oil & gas, and industrial infrastructure projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Curtin University and is an active member of Engineers Australia. Mayank comes with experience in project management, compliance, and commercial operations across the full project lifecycle from design through to commissioning.

Esther

Kerman are pleased to welcome Esther Mwape as a WHSE Coordinator. Esther joins us with experience in high-risk industrial environments and safety operations. Esther’s most recent experience was as a Production Technician at BHP WAIO Newman, supporting incident investigations, risk assessments, and the delivery of safety training. Her experience includes WHSE records management, compliance documentation, workplace inspections, and delivering safety inductions. She holds a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety and is completing her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Hollie Taylor

Kerman is glad to welcome Hollie Taylor as a HR Mobilisation Coordinator. Hollie is an experienced recruitment and mobilisation specialist with over 6 years of experience in the mining and industrial sectors, most recently serving as a Mobilisation Officer/Shutdown Logistics Officer at Mineral Resources Limited. Her expertise spans end-to-end recruitment for mechanical and electrical trades, serving major clients such as BHP, Rio Tinto, and KCGM. Hollie is well-versed with compliance management, bulk recruitment campaigns, and account management and is proficient in industry-specific systems, including INX, Enable, Avetta, and SAM Workflow.

Joe Copland

Kerman warmly welcomes Joe Copland as a Senior Contracts Administrator. Joe brings nearly 20 years of experience in project management and commercial advisory services across civil, rail, and infrastructure projects. He holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Building Surveying and is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers. Most recently, Joe has been providing commercial and contract advisory services on major projects, including a renewals framework with John Holland Group and a train manufacturing project with Downer Group. He previously held a national Director role at the University of Notre Dame Australia, managing a property portfolio of 50+ assets across three states. Joe has successfully delivered projects ranging from $500k to $62 million for clients including BHP, Westpac, Curtin University, and various government agencies across Australia and the UK.

Luke Jackaman

Kerman is happy to welcome Luke Jackaman as an Electrical Project Engineer. Luke brings over a decade of diverse industry experience, combining hands-on electrical expertise with advanced engineering capabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Curtin University. Luke’s project portfolio spans major mining operations. His technical skills encompass electrical design, instrumentation and control systems, project management, and procurement, with particular strength in both greenfield and brownfield construction projects.

Monzer El Akar

Kerman is excited to welcome Monzer El Akar who joins us as an Electrical Engineer. Monzer comes with over two decades of experience across mining, infrastructure, rail, and energy sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Mechatronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from AUB, along with a Diploma in Project Management. His recent roles include leading electrical projects for BHP, Newmont, CPB Contractors, and Clough, with a strong focus on commissioning, compliance, and construction management.

Susan Yu

Kerman is delighted to welcome Susan YU as a HR Advisor/Payroll Administrator. Susan brings extensive experience in HR and payroll across the healthcare, construction, and engineering sectors. Her experience includes end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing and compliance, EBA and awards interpretation, employment contracts, mobilisation coordination, and workers’ compensation management. She has worked with various payroll and HR systems, including MYOB, BundyPlus, and FRESH. Susan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management.

Zabi Lali

Kerman takes pleasure in welcoming Zabi Lali as a Contracts Administrator. Zabi joins us with nearly four years of experience in commercial construction across New Zealand and Australia. He has progressed from Junior Quantity Surveyor at Southbase Construction to Contracts Administrator roles at Broad Construction and ADCO Construction. His experience covers contract administration, tender preparation, subcontractor engagement, financial control systems, and claims management. He holds a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying) and a Bachelor of Business, and is proficient in Aconex, CostX, Bluebeam, and other project management platforms.
