Cancellations and Refund Policy

 

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Kept App. Please read this Cancellations and Refund Policy (“Agreement”) prior to making any transactions.

This Agreement is hereby, through this reference, construed as part of our Terms. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. These Cancellations and Refunds Terms are in addition to the cancellation and refund terms mentioned in our Billing Policy. This Agreement solely provides cancellations and refund terms for your subscriptions and NOT FOR ANY AMOUNTS PAID TOWARDS SERVICES AT ANY TIME PROVIDED TO YOU BY OUR PERSONNEL.

 

2. Cancellation

2.1 ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID ARE NONREFUNDABLE, AS MENTIONED IN OUR BILLING POLICY, UNLESS A REQUEST IS MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

2.2 WE DO NOT OFFER PRORATED REFUNDS FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED BY YOU PAST THE STIPULATED TIME MENTIONED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

2.3 Website purchases

You may cancel your subscription to our services by sending us a written request at the email address mentioned below in the “Contact” section or through your account on the website before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged on the billing date. Customers must request to cancel their subscriptions at least 24 hours prior to their next billing date in order to avoid being charged on the billing date. In the event of cancellation, customers will still have access to their applications through the end of their final billing period.

Digital Products (Non-Subscription)
Billing
  • Digital products are charged in full at the time of purchase.
  • All purchases are non-recurring—there are no ongoing charges or renewals.
Refunds & Returns
  • Digital purchases (e.g., eBooks, guides, and downloadable content) are final sale and are not refundable, except in rare or exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).
  • Always ensure you have compatible software or hardware before purchasing—for example, sufficient printing capacity or file format compatibility.
  • If you experience a technical issue—such as download failure or file corruption—please contact us, and we may provide a replacement file rather than a refund.
Access and Download
  • After purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions to download your digital product. Keep this email for future access.
  • If you need to re-download the file or encounter any download-related difficulties, please reach out to our support team so we can assist promptly.

Apple App Store and Google Play Store Purchases

You may cancel your subscriptions in accordance with the Apple and Google in-app purchases cancellations policies as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions and our Billing Policy. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if the Billing Policy states any components or subscriptions to be non-refundable, those specific components or subscriptions shall be non-refundable. For instance, you shall not be entitled to refunds for any services and any other similar service fees.

2.4 If you do not cancel your subscriptions prior to the automatic renewal of your purchase in any billing cycle, we shall not be liable to provide you with any refunds. Due to any non-cancellation, your subscription will be renewed for the same duration selected at the time of your purchase.

2.5 Your non-cancellation of any subscription(s) or continued use of thereof will reaffirm that we are authorized to charge you. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your access to the App will end.

2.6 The renewal charge will generally be the same as the prior period’s charge unless we notify you in advance at the time of sign-up or prior to the beginning of the renewal period as described above.

2.7 If you have either bought a prepayment plan that spans multiple periods or qualified for a promotional rate that you no longer qualify for, your subscription will be automatically renewed at our current non-promotional rates when the renewal period begins.

2.8 We may charge you for any fees, surcharges, or costs that were incurred before your cancellation became effective. If you cancel your paid subscription, your subscription will continue to be active until the end of the current subscription period.

 

3. Exception

In exceptional circumstances, we may grant refunds at our sole discretion. These may include situations where the Platform has a technical issue that prevents the user from using it or if there is an error in our billing system.
