Kent Hack Enough is Kent State's premier hackathon, according to us. Join us at the Design Innovation Hub in Kent, Ohio for a full 24 hours of hacking and fun events!

Requirements
Hackers are free to build and submit whatever they want! There is no theme or challenge to solve. Submissions must follow these rules:
- Dual Submission - Any submissions that have been submitted to any other Hackathons in the past or any concurrent Hackathons will be disqualified. Work for KHE must be made for KHE.
- Membership - Anyone who contributes to a submission must be registered for the event. Submissions involving people who were not registered are eligible for disqualification. To register, visit https://khe.io/register
- DevPost - Any submission sent to Devpost must be verified with the same email used to register for KHE.
- Plagiarism - Submissions must be the original work of the submitters. Any work found to have been stolen/plagiarized will be disqualified. References must be adequately cited and sourced.
- Your project must be live demoed in front of judges in-person to qualify for prizes after hacking ends on the 21st.
- To qualify for judging, hackers must check in at the event in-person.
Prizes
Grand Prize
This is our biggest prize! All types of hacks are allowed to be submitted for this prize. Prize amount - $500 for the submitting team and a Wolfram Alpha subscription for each team member.
Second Place
Like the Grand Prize, but for the second best hack! Prize amount - $250 for the submitting team and a Wolfram Alpha subscription for each team member.
Third Place
Third best hack! Prize amount - $100 for the submitting team and a Wolfram Alpha subscription for each team member.
Best Duo Hack
Got a dynamic duo that you want to build a project with? This prize is for you. Prize amount - 2 Boogie Boards from Kent Displays and a Wolfram Alpha subscription for each team member.
Fan Favorite
The general public voted for their favorite.
Best Interdisciplinary Hack
Got a team of 2 or more disciplines? This prize is for you. Prize amount - $100 for the submitting team and a Wolfram Alpha subscription for each team member.
Greatest Impact Hack
If your hack aims to address a current societal issue, this prize is for you. Prize amount - $100 for the submitting team and a Wolfram Alpha subscription for each team member.

Judging Criteria

Creativity/Originality
Judges will be grading submissions based on how original/novel the submission is. Additionally, a submissions creativity will also be measured. -
Most Learned
Judges will be grading submissions based on how much the participants learned while working on their submission. -
Technical Impressiveness
Judges will be grading submissions based on how technically impressive the submission is. -
Track Specific Requirements
Judges will grade submissions based on how well they align with requirements of a track in addition to the criteria listed above.
