Jiu-Jitsu – It’s for the kids maign!

As parents in today’s world we struggle to find ways to keep our kids happy, healthy, and motivated physically. My son in particular, has what we like to refer to as a “poet’s soul”. He is not athletically minded nor is he that into any particular traditional sport. Still I felt that part of ” well-rounded development” included participation in some sort of team oriented extracurricular activity preferably a physical one…. So Zack & I  struggled through the round of traditional sports (basketball, soccer, baseball…. you name we have tried it to no avail.) Enter jiu-jitsu, this rock em, sock sport ain’t just for juiced up meat heads looking to pound each other into oblivion. This sport is technical and no matter how big or small, boy or girl,  young or old..You can participate. We have found it to be a great confidence builder and not to mention the self-discipline and would recommend it to kids of all ages! =)~Natasha

There is also a free version available but it has fewer options, so depending on what you are trying to do you can choose accordingly. Obviously the upgraded version that I use has more options. 😀 This downloadable program is very user-friendly, it is not Final Cut Pro or anything but it will get the job done!} ~Mamastrosity
