Isaac recently graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Motorsport Engineering. He is originally from Nebraska, and he is the newest member of our hardworking investigative team.
Berry is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Florida International University. Before joining KEARS, he worked as a product development engineer for a medical device design company, and as a mechanical engineer conducting the design, inspection, and testing of cranes. Berry is from Boca Raton, FL.
Veronica greets our clients and visitors at reception and on the phone. She supports our administrative team in all duties, from project intake to records processing. She brings extensive professional experience in customer service, office management, and operations management. Veronica is originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Will supports our investigative team, bringing former experience as a professional Class A CDL driver and lead fabricator at a vehicle customization shop in Brooklyn. Will has comprehensive air brake training for heavy duty vehicles, and he is skilled in automotive wiring, welding, metal working, and engine building. He is also an FAA-certified drone pilot.
Mireya recently earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. She is from southwest Florida and is the newest member of our hardworking investigative team.
Kaitlynn administers client communication, project scheduling, and file management. Originally from New York, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She brings professional experience as a real estate agent and paralegal in personal injury and employment litigation.
Carlos is an experienced designer from Florida. He provides 3D modeling, rendering, and animations of real-world scenarios for litigation support. Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
Eduardo graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is an FAA-certified drone pilot and part of our investigative team.
Andres is a licensed Engineer Intern and FAA-certified drone pilot with training in evidence preservation and event data retrieval. He is from Orlando, Florida and he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Porscha administers our client communication, project scheduling, and file management. She first joined KEARS as an administrative assistant with experience in customer service. She is from South Florida and has an Associate’s degree in Business.
Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer who heads our Rapid Response team. He is an FAA-certified drone pilot and is highly proficient in field investigation, evidence preservation, and analysis of traffic accidents. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Polytechnic University.

Ron was from Texas and had more than 20 years’ experience in graphic design across many fields. He offered services in 3D modeling, animations, video graphics, litigation graphics, and marketing materials.
Brian supports our engineering team by providing technical drawings, vehicle research, and visual aids. He has more than 20 years of experience using AutoCAD and Unigraphics for mechanical modeling and drafting in the aerospace industry. Brian is originally from Jacksonville, FL and earned an Associate’s degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Palm Beach Community College.
Mario provides technical drawings, vehicle research, and visual aids. He is skilled in photogrammetry, photomodeling, 3D scanning, and event data retrieval. Mario is from Florida and has a background in civil/architectural design. He has a Bachelor’s degree of Architecture from Florida International University.
Chad joined KEARS in 2016 as its visual designer. He is proficient in photogrammetry, 3D modeling, 3D renderings, and animations. He is certified by LEVA as a Forensic Video Technician. He is also trained in evidence preservation including 3D scanning, crash data retrieval, and heavy vehicle event data recorders. Chad has an Associate’s degree in Architectural and Engineering Design.
Miguel is a certified diesel technician and part of our investigative team. He has experience performing DOT-level inspections on medium and heavy commercial trucks. He is from the Tampa Bay area, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College.
Paige supports our business operations in accounting, staff development, and file management. She is originally from Alabama and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.
Angel oversees billing and accounting functions for our firm. She previously worked as a consultant to small businesses and has a diverse financial background with experience in accounting, banking, and investments. Angel earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance at University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Walden University. She is originally from Geneva, Ohio.
Ashley is a co-founder of KEARS who oversees business operations including staff recruitment and development, vendor relationships, and marketing. She grew up in Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Psychology.
Lori administers our client communication, project scheduling, and file management. She moved to Florida from Boston after a successful career in telecommunications. Lori has extensive professional experience in operations support, human resources, and executive support.
Sylvia joined KEARS in 2016 as our project manager. She now oversees our employee recruitment, development, and benefits. She is originally from New Jersey and brings professional experience as a paralegal and legal records specialist. She is a notary public with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management.
Karin is an experienced document management professional. She processes our documents from file inception to closure and coordinates our office supplies. She is a notary public with a BA in Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She has lived in South Florida for many years.
Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer and accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist with experience in in forensic engineering, manufacturing, and engineering design. He testifies as an expert witness in deposition and in court. He investigates product failures and automotive collisions. Mike is from Brooklyn and graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer and accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist. He testifies as an expert witness in deposition and in court. He has investigated and helped reconstruct hundreds of traffic accidents in Florida. Alex hails from the west coast of Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Mike graduated from Florida Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. He has training as a CDR tool technician and in BERLA vehicle system forensics. Mike is part of our investigative team and is an FAA-certified drone pilot.
Ferris earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and served as Professor and Head of Biomechanics and Bioengineering at MU. He testifies as an expert witness in deposition and in court, and he has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in biomechanics. His primary areas of specialty are biomechanical injury tolerance and causation, as well as orthopedic device failures.
A native of Miami, Martin is a licensed Professional Engineer and founder of KEARS. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and more than 25 years of professional experience as a forensic engineer. Martin testifies as an expert witness in federal and Florida courts, and he is a board-certified diplomate with the National Association of Forensic Engineers (NAFE).
