Our History

In 2004, Keough Construction Management (KCM) was founded when Ray Keough stepped in to help a friend navigate a complex construction project. With decades of experience managing institutional, municipal, and private developments, Ray saw firsthand that owners needed more than oversight—they needed a true advocate to guide them through every stage of a project.

What started as a personal commitment quickly grew into a firm built on trusted relationships, problem-solving expertise, and an unwavering dedication to client success. KCM expanded beyond Owner’s Project Management to include Construction Management and Cost Estimating, ensuring comprehensive leadership tailored to each client’s needs.

Now an employee-owned firm (ESOP), KCM remains true to Ray’s vision—not just through experienced and dedicated project managers who know their clients inside and out, but in a company culture built on autonomy, trust, and the belief that staying small means staying personal.
