Tutoring Services Information: Home


Tutoring is offered in-person in the Student Success Center, on the upper level of the Miner Memorial Library
and by chat and video conference for online questions and sessions during the hours listed below.
Tutoring is FREE and no appointment is necessary!
 

Submit a Writing Assignment

At any time, you can submit a writing assignment for tutor feedback.  Assignments will be reviewed and feedback sent within 24 hours.  

When submitting a paper for review, please:

  • Submit your paper as a Microsoft Word Document, NOT a PDF, Google Docs link, or other file type. For help saving your paper as a Word Document, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  • Include a copy of your professor's assignment instructions 
  • Check that your email address is correct. You will receive feedback as an email from KCC Writing Tutoring Services. ​​​​​​​

*Failing to include this information may result in delayed or less specific feedback from tutors. Note that assignment submissions will not be monitored on holidays and/or days when classes are not in session. This includes weekends. Assignments submitted late on Fridays (Thursdays in the summer) or over the weekend may not be reviewed until Monday. Please plan accordingly.
