The Gold Standard in Model Railroad Track
Elegant in Design and Function
Kato UNITRACK uses a special alloy of nickel silver to prevent tarnishing and reduces the frequency of cleaning. If you are an occasional modeler who only takes out your train set on holidays, this means you won’t need to worry about your rails rusting away while sitting in the package! Likewise, if you operate your trains on a daily basis, you’ll need to clean your track less often and have fewer instances of lost conductivity!
The UNITRACK Advantage
- UniJoiners provide a smooth and stable track connection
- The UniJoiner can be removed and replaced, or exchanged with insulated variants.
- Cross compatible with N scale and HO scale, same joiner piece will work on both.
- Perfect for both Analog (DC) and DCC functionality.
- UNITRACK can conduct 36VA (12V × 3A).
- Point machines and feeder wires are easily hidden away in the roadbed.
- With radius from R117 to R718, UNITRACK fits in spaces of any size.
- UniJoiners can also be used for other companies’ TT scale and HOn3 scale tracks.
- Reliable production in Japan.
How to Use UNITRACK
1: Set the UNITRACK on a flat, level surface—such as a desk or the floor—positioning them so they are facing each other.
2: Carefully slide the rail into the Uni-joiner, pushing it straight forward until it is securely seated.
3: The UNITRACK connects securely with a clicking sound and will not come loose when the train is running.
4: To disassemble UNITRACK Hold one side of the track stationary and gently pull the opposite side toward you at a horizontal angle to release it.
