Virginia has chosen an Open/Hybrid EVV model that is a unique approach over other States.  Cures Act Compliant EVV vendors like KanTime add the EVV data to unused fields on the 837P EDI claim for PCS services and will use the 837I EDI claim for Skilled services, so there is no aggregator required.

There are two exceptions however, Consumer Directed Services (CDS) are required to use CellTrak as their EVV Vendor, and the Anthem MCO contracted with Tellus as their EVV vendor and Cures Act Compliant EVV vendors must send their data through the Tellus aggregator for that payor.  KanTime is fully integrated with Tellus for Virginia and has configured its EDI submissions to meet Virginia requirments.  KanTime EVV is in use by our agency customers in Virginia witht he exception of CDS services.
