I realised this morning I hadn't actually posted here just in my own journal and on FB. Roy sadly passed away on Sunday the second on June after a long fight with cancer and the other illnesses that plagued him. His funeral is today and we will be celebrating his life by wearing colours, eating his favourite pub food of hot roast pork sandwiches and having a never ending duck race. If you are local please message me,  roobarb, direct for our plans for the day. It is also possible to view the service online either at the time or later in the week, there are posts on my journal about this.so sad :( |

Yesterday I was given the full cold jelly and slidey probe treatment but they did not find it, Bloods say I have a DVT but it is hiding, so guess what? I have to go though it all again next week, they think it is in my lower leg where they can't track it, so they stuck a needle in my belly in order to thin my blood in hope that the clot will move into a visible area. meanwhile if I get a sudden pain in my foot or chest I have to do the nines. |
