Even though I was struggling with my first fic for the QAF Gift Exchange, I agreed to do a pinch hit. I am glad I did because I've been trying for years to write this fic. I could never decide if it should be a drabble series or not. It's also the 2nd time I've written a fic based on a dream I had about Brian and Justin. The 1st took me years to write as well.
TITLE: Flying on a Star GIFT REQUEST: Fic. - Post-513 (rating is authors choice) - Focus on Brian and Justin is appreciated but not necessary NOTE: Happy Holidays maybe742! Sorry this took so long. I've had this particular vision of Brian and Justin post 513 in my head for years, and you finally gave me the push to write it. I hope you enjoy. Title is taken from REM's "Uberlin."
I wrote this for the QAF Gift Exchange. It was the first fic I've written in about a year. I'm still a little surprised I was able to finish it.
TITLE: One Need in the Night GIFT REQUEST: Fic. angst. Brian/Justin. Brian and Justin growing apart, still love each other fiercely, do not know what to do about it NOTE: Happy Holidays selenebj! This may not be as angsty as you wanted but I hope you enjoy it. Title is from "One" by U2.
I was looking at a calendar and realized this year's Valentine's Day is Valentine's Day 2014. A few years ago, I wrote a fic for an Anti-Valentine's Day challenge about how Brian and Justin would be celebrating this day so it seemed appropriate to repost. While looking for it, I discovered that fic I wrote "a few years ago" was written in 2008. Where has the time gone?
Title: Picture Perfect Fandom & Pairing: QAF Brian/Justin Summary: It was the most romantic day of all time and Brian had a plan. Rating: NC-17 Warnings: None Beta:tweedygal Thank you so much! ( Picture PerfectCollapse )
Over the last few weeks, qaf_drabbles had a special challenge theme of Rimming vs Blowjobs. I may have found this mildly inspiring and written 24 drabbles. I am trying to stay in the habit of writing drabbles on a regular basis. We'll see how long I can last. With out a doubt the hardest thing about drabbles is coming up with at title for all of them. Sometimes that takes me longer than writing the drabble does.
Here are my drabbles. If you haven't already, go to qaf_drabbles and read all of them.
Brushes a very thick layer of dust of my journal. If anyone is still out there, I have a little ficlet I wrote for my favorite holiday, Cuddle Day. This year's theme was public cuddling.
This is set S3 shortly after Brian and Justin get back together. I was inspired by xie_xie_xie's post about our Golden Age of fandom to revisit mine.
Title: The Good Kind of Crazy Rating: PG Summary: Gus and JR always thought their family was crazy. Sometimes they were right. Notes: Written for kari77 for the 2010 qaf_giftxchnge. Huge thanks to my beta fun_demented. Any remaining mistakes are mine.
So the incredible xie_xie_xie ran a drabble event at qaf_drabbles on IJ> 37 Days of Gusmas raised money for The Trevor Project by offering a daily prompt from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day. An amazing amount of money was raised through a variety of challenges, THIS POST gives a breakdown of all the money raised.
My contribution was 41 drabbles. Included are my usual mix of pairings and ratings. I hope you find a few you will enjoy.
