Jude Kriwald is an explorer, speaker and filmmaker who propels audiences through authentic storytelling.
Jude’s forte lies in turning boundary-pushing adventures into compelling stories that move people and inspire meaningful change.
With unwavering authenticity and commitment to exploring our shared human experience, Jude’s talks resonate with children and adults from all walks of life.
After leaving school at 16, Jude forged his own path, cycling from England to India, sneaking through military checkpoints in Tibet and surviving -31°C in the Himalayas en route. A decade later, he crossed West Africa’s trackless Gola rainforest, the backdrop for his award-winning documentary, Alone Across Gola.
Jude’s compelling talks inspire people to trust their instincts and embrace courage over conformity, whilst his genuine approach and open dialogue surrounding mental health helps audiences discover their drive and take meaningful action.
Jude’s debut documentary, Alone Across Gola, has not only taken the adventure world by storm, but has also proven a broad appeal for its rare mix of adventure and honest mental health reflections.
It has been selected for festivals across five continents, showing at Kendal Mountain Festival, the Bicycle Film Festival in New York and Japan, as well as picking up Eurosport’s top award after touring 50 French cities.
Having completed its main festival run, Alone Across Gola was recently released to YouTube, where it flew to 150,000 views in its first month, with commenters praising its inspiring yet relatable core message.

Jude is currently exploring multiple creative projects, with an emphasis on authentic adventuring.
From a test-run of his new Snorkelpacking concept in the Red Sea in October ’25, to questioning how to make adventures more authentic by ditching digital devices and going analogue, to transforming his stories into a book and reflecting on neurodivergence, if you’d like to support or get involved with any of these projects or pitch a project of your own, please get in touch.
