The Art of Fail

It seems I only ever do a LJ update with work related stuff... but still, better than nothing surely.

After just over 4 years at Rocksteady, I've been promoted to a Senior Designer.

I've known it was going to happen for about 3 months, but it's now all official and I've got my payrise, which was pretty nice too!

Realised the other day that it isn't too many weeks until Christmas, which must mean the annual 3 week holiday!

I do enjoy not being at work...

I like to sleep in... but I don't like being woke up at 8:15 every morning by over enthusiastic work man.
Stupid neighbors.

This week has actually been pretty decent for once.
It's strange how quick a day goes when you're actually doing something you slightly enjoy.
I'm sure the feeling will go pretty soon, but it's best to enjoy it while you can.

The cold I thought I'd shifted, seems to be making a return which is making me feel a litle bleh, but still.

I'm really likeing the fact it's semi cold out in the mornings now, makes walking to work so much better.
Can't wait until it gets really cold, a nice breath of cold fresh (as good as London gets anyway) air, does wonders!
