JPKI利用者ソフト is the official desktop utility for Japan’s Public Key Infrastructure (JPKI). It helps residents use the digital certificates stored on their My Number Card for secure login and electronic signatures across supported online services, including e-government portals like e-Tax and マイナポータル. With a compatible IC card reader, the software lets you:

• Verify that your My Number Card and reader are working correctly
• View certificate details and expiration dates
• Change PINs when you know the current codes
• Perform certificate-based authentication and signing for supported services

The application is intended for individual users in Japan, runs on Windows and macOS, and is primarily available in Japanese. Note: If your PINs are locked or your certificates need to be reissued, you must complete those procedures at your municipal office.

JPKI利用者ソフト is developed by JPKI and is used by 11 users of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 2.2, 2.3 and 3.0. The name of the program executable file is JPKIMenu.exe.
