2. Service Delivery Policy

JoySMMPanel does not guarantee a specific delivery time for any service. Delivery speed depends on service availability, order quantity, and platform conditions. Any delivery time displayed on the website is an estimate only and should not be considered a guarantee. Orders that are processing cannot be canceled or refunded due to delays. We reserve the right to modify or replace a service when necessary to complete an order successfully.

While we strive to deliver the exact quantity mentioned in the service description, social media platform updates may affect delivery speed, retention, refill eligibility, or drop rates. JoySMMPanel will not be held responsible for fluctuations caused by updates or changes made by social media platforms.

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

JoySMMPanel is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter (X), Pinterest, or any other social media platform. We are not responsible for account suspensions, content removal, reduced reach, shadow bans, or any actions taken by social media platforms.

JoySMMPanel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Users assume full responsibility for how they use our services.

4. Privacy Policy & Third-Party Data Sharing

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected is used solely for order processing, account management, and customer support.

Third-Party Providers: To fulfill your orders, we must share specific order details (such as your submitted links, usernames, or target profiles) with our third-party service providers. While your data is 100% safe within the JoySMMPanel ecosystem, we hold no responsibility or liability for any misuse of this public-facing data by third-party providers.

All sensitive payment information is stored securely using industry-standard security measures. We do not sell or trade your personal information.

5. Refund & Payment Policy

Withdrawals to Original Payment Method: If you have unused funds in your JoySMMPanel account, you may request a refund back to your original payment method. However, a 10% processing fee will be applied to all such refunds. (For example: If you request a $100 refund, a 10% fee will be deducted, and you will receive $90). Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If an order cannot be completed by our system, the amount will be automatically refunded to your JoySMMPanel wallet balance. Orders placed with incorrect links, private accounts, invalid usernames, restricted content, or user errors are not eligible for refunds. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized payment claims will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Inactive Account & Balance Expiration

Any funds deposited into your JoySMMPanel account must be utilized within 90 days.

Our team manually reviews account activity. If a user does not log in or use their account for 90 consecutive days, the account will be marked as inactive, and the remaining wallet balance will be reset to 0.

7. Refill Terms & Partial Refunds

Reseller Status: JoySMMPanel operates as a reseller panel. While we strive to provide the best services, we do not hold ultimate liability for refills, as this depends entirely on the respective server/provider. Refill Timeframes: Standard refill requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. However, for certain slow-delivery services, completing a refill may take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month. Partial Refunds for Incomplete Refills: If you request a refill within the eligible guarantee period, and our provider fails to complete the refill within 1 month, you may request a "Partial Refund." How Partial Refunds Work: A partial refund means that your order status will be changed to 'Partial,' and the cost of the undelivered or dropped quantity will be calculated and refunded directly into your JoySMMPanel wallet balance. Old Drops Exclusion: If our system or provider identifies that the drop in followers/likes/views is from your older audience (prior to placing the order) and not from the quantity currently delivered by our service, the refill request will be denied.

8. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information. Users must ensure that their accounts, pages, channels, or posts remain public during order processing. Users agree not to use our services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, or prohibited activities.

9. Multiple Orders

Do not place multiple orders for the same link through different providers or SMM panels at the same time. We are not responsible for inaccurate delivery results caused by multiple simultaneous orders. Such orders will not qualify for refunds, refills, replacements, or support.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

JoySMMPanel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if the user: Violates these Terms & Conditions. Engages in fraudulent activity or uses unauthorized payment methods. Abuses the platform, opens unjustified disputes, or harasses the support team.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a payment, or placing an order on JoySMMPanel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
