Judging Criteria

  • Thematic Relevance
    How well does the project align with the hackathon's theme of journey, self-improvement, and personal growth? Judges will assess the concept's originality and how it inspires or facilitates the user's own journey towards betterment.
  • Design and User Experience
    Is the project intuitive and user-friendly? Judges will consider the project's visual appeal, user interface, and overall user experience. A polished and thoughtful design that enhances functionality will score highly.
  • Technical Complexity
    What level of technical skill was required to execute the project? Judges will look for sophistication in coding, innovative use of technology, and technical challenges that were successfully overcome.
  • Functionality and Completeness
    How functional is the prototype? Projects should be as bug-free as possible, with all features implemented effectively. Completeness refers to how much of the original vision has been realized in the given time frame.
  • Innovation and Creativity
    Does the project introduce a new concept, or does it present a unique solution to an existing problem? Judges will reward creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Impact and Scalability
    What is the potential impact of the project? The judges will evaluate if the project addresses a significant problem and if it can be scaled or adapted to have a broader reach.
