Today’s journey is called Ocean.
Close your eyes.
In the dark, you feel yourself floating.
What direction are you floating?
Are you floating up or down, forward, to the side?
What position is your body in?
Are you upright?
Are you face down like you’re flying?
And as you float for a little while, you notice that you actually feel a breeze.
Where do you feel it on your body?
What temperature is the breeze?
As you keep going, you see something up ahead in the distance.
Is it in front of you?
Is it above or to the side?
Is it a light or an object?
And you find yourself floating towards this thing that you see.
And however far away it was,
you’re finding that you’re close enough to now see exactly what it is.
How big is it?
Or how small?
Does it fit in the palm of your hand?
Or could you walk through it?
What color is it?
What is it made of?
Does it have a smell to it?
And as you’re looking at this object, you realize that it has a message for you.
How does it give you this message?
Are you hearing something?
Do you see?
Do you just feel or know it?
Receive the rest of the message.
And thank the object for coming to you.
And now all of a sudden you feel yourself moving backwards,
floating backwards to where you started.
And you feel the breeze.
Is it the same type of breeze or is it different?
And you’re still moving backwards.
And now you’re allowed to turn around to see where you’re going.
And as you do, you see a door.
What’s the shape of the door?
What’s it made of?
What color is it?
Reach out to open the door and notice which hand reaches and notice
whether you push it out or bring it in.
Go over the threshold and you’ll find that you’re back where you started
and your journey has ended.
