Josephine Evans

Hi!

I am a Royal Society University Research Fellow and associate professor at Warwick Mathematics Institute. I was previously a Warwick Zeeman Lecturer and Leverhulme Early Career Fellow (also at Warwick). You can contact me at josephine.evans(at)warwick.ac.uk.

Before this I was a post-doc at CEREMADE in University Paris Dauphine mentored by Jean Dolbeault and Francesco Salvarani. I was funded by FSMP.

Even longer ago, I was a PhD student at the Cambridge Centre for Analysis and DPMMS in Cambridge, UK. My supervisor was Clément Mouhot. You can find my thesis here.

My research interests are mainly in Kinetic theory though I am also very interested in probability.

I’m was organising KinneticNet which is a network of kinetic theorists in the UK supported by a network support grant from the INI. You can find out more about it here.
