Over time, these tasks can lead to back, neck, and shoulder injuries, especially when MSD (musculoskeletal disorder) hazards are present. Reduce the risk before you lift by using material handling equipment whenever possible, storing heavy or frequently used items between knuckle and shoulder height, and breaking loads into smaller, manageable pieces. Keep work areas level and clear, use carts with adjustable handles and large wheels, and plan layouts to avoid slopes, tight spaces, and awkward movements. #CGIConstructors #HomeSafeEveryOneEveryDay
