Working from a platform that’s intuitive and easy to use for both experienced consultants and new starters, makes training, onboarding and managing client and candidate pipelines quicker, saving time and money to generate our desired results.
It was about having an accessible solution that was not limited by geography. We needed candidates to be able to apply from anywhere and we needed to be able to deal with large volumes of applications.
I originally started using JobAdder when it was a posting service. I’ve seen the evolution over the years, it’s user friendly, easy, simple, made for recruitment.
We’ve been able to onboard different tools from Referoo to TalentTap. At the end of the day, consultants spend up to 90% of their day on one platform so it’s been great that they can stay within JobAdder and access all these tools.
Being able to store all of our candidates in a systematic way has been the biggest benefit for us… Overall just the general functions it enables you to do are great – from reporting to using the search functions, to accessing people quickly – it’s all available at the click of a finger. [JobAdder] is a one-stop shop. I find it’s opened up communication with the hiring managers.
JobAdder is ideal as [the team] can see what’s going on in real-time. They can share information through the platform. We can ask candidates to record video content and submit it that way.
I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. We could tell right away that it was powerful, but just the aesthetic was clean and again simple. You guys weren’t overthinking everything. We’ve really been pleased. It’s been, overall, just a really great product for us, a great system and we are glad that’s the way we went many moons ago.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown as a business and JobAdder has also grown quite significantly. The product offerings and tools which have been introduced and developed have really allowed us to scale as well. It’s opened up new possibilities and new ways of working for us.
