Our passion for doing cannabis right is rooted in our love for the plant. Since our founding in San Diego in 2013, we’ve been obsessed with creating the highest-quality extracts. Because cannabis elevates our experiences.
Over the past decade, we have built a brand that stands for quality, responsibility, and innovation. Years of research and experimentation go into every product we create. We meticulously test and iterate. Over the years, we’ve tried every extraction method under the sun. We were one of the first vape producers to release a vape free of cutting agents and fillers. We were the first to optimize solventless extraction for vape. We were one of the first manufacturers to be OCal certified, the comparable-to-organic certification for California cannabis products. These milestones energize us as we continue to push the envelope, creating products that better fit your needs.
Our mission is to provide access to the highest-quality cannabis for anyone who wants it. We believe being happy is being healthy. Part of being happy comes from helping others and giving back as much as possible. Since launching our Shelter Project in 2015, we’ve helped over 1,000 Compassionate Care patients and donated over $1 million in products. And each year, we make over three community impact strains dedicated to supporting local non-profits.

To preserve the legacy of both the people and the place, we partner with local regenerative, sun-grown cannabis farms. That way, we can be more sustainable, both environmentally and socially.
Growing with the industry has had its challenges, but we continue to push through because we love the plant and all it can do. Cannabis elevates our experiences and enhances the good times. We’re committed to our customer’s safety and putting up a good image of the industry as a whole. Jetty Extracts is now the first solventless manufacturer to be OCal certified.
Over the years, we’ve added about 80 new faces to our team and have expanded to the greater Los Angeles area and the Bay Area. Our founders are still here – Ron Gershoni, Nate Ferguson, and Rob Ferguson – along with our promise to make the finest, carefully crafted products, free of impurities and full of purpose.

COMMUNITY
We believe that high-quality cannabis should be available to anyone who wants it. The access we have today was created by medical marijuana patients and advocates. Today we continue to honor the foundation of the legal cannabis industry through our Shelter Project. Launched in 2014, Shelter Project had helped over 1,000 Compassionate Care patients. We have donated over $1 million in products. That program continues today benefiting patients across California.
Each year we also release up to three community impact strains dedicated to supporting local non-profits. Each of these limited edition strains directly support non-profits focused on people, planet, and the plant through cash donations funded by sales. When you purchase our Pride strain, Reckless Rainbow, we donate 10% of our proceeds to organizations focused on supporting LGBTQ+ organizations. That’s just another example of our dedication to our community.

Everything that goes into our products is responsibly sourced. We opt for recyclable aluminum tins instead of plastic ones for our infused pre-rolls. We work with small, sun-grown farms that practice responsible stewardship of the land through their sustainable and regenerative farming practices while reducing their energy and water consumption. Our signature wood mouthpieces are made from recycled materials. Everything we do is thoughtfully considered, creating the best experience for you and doing right by our planet.
