Hi Festivids vidder!

So excited for what you will make for me. Thanks a million times in advance. Please feel free to take my prompts and make them your own!

General stuff: No slash please or graphic scenes. Not overly fond of a lot of voice over unless it's instrumental and good audio quality, also not fond of songs with explicit lyrics.

Fandoms:
1. Being Erica. I just finished watching this show and I'm so disappointed there are 0 vids and barely a fandom at all! So I would love any kind of gen show tribute, ensembles, or exploration of the show as a whole. I'm fascinated with each episode being like a therapy session so anything showcasing how they use the time travel for that would be cool. I'm also almost a 100% Erica/Kai shipper so I'd love a vid exploring their relationship and its possibilities as didn't get displayed on the show. I'd also really be interested in something showcasing Kai as a character. If you want to get real tear jerker, you could do a study of Leo or Leo and Erica's relationship and I might cry and curse you and thank you at the same time.

2. Eureka. I still say there aren't enough Eureka vids. Favorite characters are Zane and Jo and couple vids for them are also awesome. But so long as there is no slash or character bashing, I'd love almost anything or anyone from this show.

3. Road to Avonlea. I'll ask for these vids until I die. I love this show and would like gen, ensemble. I'd take almost any canon ship as well or a Felix vid.

4. The Pretender. Not enough vids celebrating the show. Exploring the creepy Centre people or highlighting Jarod's exploits on the outside or validating the ridiculous mutual pining and UST of Jarod/Miss Parker.

5. Futurama. I recently went through Futurama again and am reminded of how few vids there are for this show. Granted, it could be great comedy and ensemble stuff. But also my favorite character is Fry so would love a vid of him. Or ship vids for Fry/Leela or Kif/Amy would be great. Or maybe Zoidberg could get some love and we could focus on him in a positive way.

6. Great News. Just finished this show and sad for the lack of vids. Such wacky sitcom fun as could be showcased with humor and ensemble vids. Chuck and Portia unlikely friendship. Greg vid being all British. Greg and Katie are also a big ship, so would love anything for them.

7. The Goldbergs. I really am obsessed with this show and so sad there is ZERO fandom for it. I don't understand when it's such a long running sitcom. You could go so many ways, nostalgia 80s vibes, wacky sitcom fun, dysfunctional family relationships. My favorite characters are Geoff and Barry. Character studies for either would be most welcome. Also would love a friendship vid for the JTP. Otherwise, favorite ships are Barry/Lainey and Erica/Geoff, so would love ship vids, too.

8. Muppet Treasure Island. Who does not love this iconic, hilarious rendition of Treasure Island? Honestly, I have no idea what you'd do with it, but I'm sure it would be zany and fun and humorous. Pirate vids, friendship vids, ensemble vids, ship crack vids for the pirates and the gold? Who knows!

Road to Avonlea: I love this show and love any time of vid, something showing the old-timey wholesomeness it exudes. My favorite character is Felix and I love all the canon couples.
Eureka: This show is zany and fun and I love vids that show that. Jo/Zane is my favorite ship
Logan Lucky: This was such a fun movie so I'd love anything showcasing that including an Ocean's 11 type trailer (has that been done?) or something fun like that, meta on the genre.
The Middleman is superhero geekyness and I've love a character study on any of the characters or a couple vid of Wendy/Tyler or any gen thing you can think of
Futurama really just doesn't have enough vids, so tributes, funny or serious, couple vids of Fry/Leela, anything really
Red Dwarf: Just want more zany and fun tributes. Rimmer is my favorite followed by the Cat and Lister but all the boys from the Dwarf are hilarious.
IT Crowd: Again, just need more general tributes, I love Roy and I love Moss and I love how awkward they are.

Dear Festividder! Thank you so much for making me a vid, I cannot wait to see it.

I love ensemble vids whether dramatic or humorous, anything that really explores the entire world of the fandom, including all those minor characters and wacky townsfolk and recurring guest stars.

Part of the reasons I chose the fandoms I did is because there aren't enough vids for them, either ensemble or ships or my fave characters so I've included who those are for you below.

I love all kinds of vids though I admit I'm addicted to fast editing (such a poor attention span).

All of these fandoms are ones I love and I think it doesn't matter what the song is so long as it fits what you're going for. There's no genre I can't enjoy.

Eureka

I just finished watching this show and was shocked to find out how few vids there are. So adding to the ensemble vids exploring what this show is would be fantastic. There were some vids of my favorite couple Jo/Zane, but no character vids for either Jo or Zane or Jack Carter the main character so character studies would be awesome here!

Futurama

There are no vids for Futurama which is a shame because it's a hilarious good time with tons of feels packed underneath. I ship Fry and Leela to death and adore Fry as my fave character. I also someday want a Kif and Amy vid, because why not? There just needs to be so much more of practically anything from this great show. It's kind of like crack waiting to be distributed. :)

Road to Avonlea

This might be my favorite show in the entire world and of course there are no vids so I've been making them myself lately. My favorite characters are Felix and Gus and Izzy. I've yet to see a Felix King vid and would love forever to see one. Of course I love this show so much that anything would be amazing, it's nostalgia personified!

Red Dwarf

This crazy and zany show is so good for humor vids but I'd love to see crack-y silly vids for any of the characters especially Lister and the Cat.


The Middleman

This show is so funny and clever and visually awesome. The Middleman is my fave and I'd love to see someone explore his character more deeply. I also deeply ship Wendy and Tyler and have never seen anyone do a vid for them before.

Anne of Green Gables

This is pretty much the same as Road to Avonlea for me, I just love the nostalgia and the beautiful scenery and Anne herself! Family feels just explode here.

Sense and Sensibility

I love all Jane Austen and this is one of the most essential adaptations and I love it very much so any type of exploration whether serious or humorous or sisterly love or Elinor and Edward would be amazing.

So I've finally caught up on Doctor Who. Still reeling from all the feels, but here's a few comments ( below the cutCollapse )

Still, I'm really satisfied and happy and sad and there are so many feels. Just...argh, this show kills me.

So I know I said I made jesterladyicons so I wouldn't bother you guys with my graphics anymore, but I kinda randomly made a picspam that btw was my first and not very well done, but it was so much fun so I thought I'd share the link here so you can weigh in on what you think.

Which One is Your Favorite?

So, I'm just making a little announcement. Due to the fact that my icon-making obsession has not gone away with indulgence, but has rather grown and indeed (hopefully) improved, I have made a comm where I can keep any and all graphics and not impose them on you here. I've moved all of my icons over there, except for the first few posts because those were really awful.

So, just in case any of you does like seeing the icons and wants to keep up with what I do, you can find them over at jesterladyicons and I would love to see any and all of you there because I do need encouragement and yes, concrit, to keep me sharp and on my toes and sufficiently ego-boosted.

So, I just watched all of Justice League and I might have gone crazy and made over two hundred icons. But I seriously love this show so much. Flash is love!
