The Purpose
The purpose of this course is to introduce and prepare students to the flight dispatch activity, one of the most important roles in the aviation environment in terms of knowledge and responsibility.
This course is developed to show students the world of aviation and to train them to face all challenges that a flight dispatcher may need to overcome.
All lessons are based on the regulations of ICAO according to the DOC 10106 and DOC 7192 manuals, and on the more restrictive requirements of IATA Operational Safety Audit DSP.
According to the regulation mandate from ICAO, the flight dispatcher degree is essential for all Airline Operators.
Minimum Requirements
There are some compulsory prerequisites to have access to the course.
English language knowledge
The course will be taught entirely in english.

Where the course will take place?
The course will be held entirely online, with the possibility to have clarification meetings with our instructors and interactive videos during the practical phase. The support of our instructors is granted for all the course period.
How long will the course last?
Minimum 250 hours.
Where will the final exam be performed?
The final exam will be performed near Milano Malpensa Airport (MXP/LIMC), Italy.
Will you be issued a certification?
Yes. After passing the final exam the students will receive a JESTER certification.
