Jentréng is a stringed musical instrument such as Kacapi which has seven strings. Originally from West Java Indonesia. The size is much smaller when compared with Kacapi in general. Made of Kananga wood or jackfruit wood. Played by plucking with the fingers left and right. Jentréng usually played to accompany another instrument called Tarawangsa. Even this art is called Tarawangsaan. application features: - Original instrument with best quality sound. - All Sound sources are optimized for an iPhone/iPod touch speaker. - Play stereo sound by using headphones or stereo speaker. - Play together with other iPod music - Consists of two options scale. (pelog and salendro)
