ETA 07/04/12 : My translation project is now all LOCKED DOWN to friends only. I won't be accepting any more friend request for the time being. I regret doing so but these are tough times for everyone in the scanlation community.
For those who are ci_yaoi members, whom I accidentally added without checking thoroughly earlier on (you know who you are), and the ones I'm about to add since I've stated that I will add those who have friended me before the deadline, I will have to limit your access to only the Cinderella Plot files, since these are only temp. scans until DP comes out with their higher quality ones.
I have stated publically that I do not support ci_yaoi and its ilk, so I hope you understand if I limit your access to my projects. If you decide that it's not worth the trouble, then please let me know so I can remove you from my list of friends.
I won't force you to leave the ci_yaoi because I'm not a big time scanlator with lots of desirable projects, but I would appreciate it very much that you do not share my files with the community.

It is with a heavy heart that I've decided to lock down my LJ where I share my translation projects in view of all the MPAA, RIAA crackdown on filehosters etc...I recently learned last night from my friend that they will be moving in on MF, depositfiles, wupload. I will be removing my current files from MF and look for alternative hosters.
Another reason other than stated above is the issue with tattle-tales we have in this wonderful yaoi/bl community of ours. I find that I don't have the inclination or want to deal with the problems brought by these type of people, hence my decision to lock down.
Anyone who has befriended me to-date will be added to my friends' list. I can't get to around to adding you now coz I'm busy with translation etc but I will get to it. If you wanna friend me, please do so before April 6th. After that I will not be adding anyone to my friend list if:-
1. your LJ is super brand new, like say, less than a year old. It is unfair but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
2. your LJ is super empty like no entries at all. I get that people don't talk much, I don't either, but surely there must be something you wanna talk about in your LJ no matter how trivial or silly it is.
3. I will also be looking at your comments made count. The higher the better even if your journal is empty.
4. I will add you if I've seen you around active in the yaoi/bl comm., or if someone I'm already friends with will vouch for you if your LJ is super empty or brand new.
Last but not least, for the love of all that is smutty, friends, do let me know about the gossips going on in the scan groups about evil people trying to take us down if you know it since I don't hang around my LJ every day. If you know there's a spy going around joining comms and reporting them please PM to let me know so that I can weed out the fella from my friends list. That's all I'm asking for now.
