THE MARKETER WHO BECAME THE EXPERIMENT.

In February 2025, my doctor told me the medications I'd been on for years were pushing me toward a heart condition. That was the moment. Not a transformation story; just a guy who got a wake-up call and decided to actually listen to it.

More than a year later: down 80+ lbs. Deep into a peptide protocol that has claimed its own dedicated shelf in my refrigerator. I weigh myself daily, track my HRV, run InBody scans, and obsess over data my trainers keep telling me to ignore.

I'm documenting all of it — the stack, the numbers, the protocols that worked and the ones that didn't — because the information out there is either written by 28-year-olds with six-packs or buried in research papers nobody actually reads.

This is the middle ground. Real-time. Unfiltered. From someone still in the process.

I'm also the founder of Activtrim, a licensed telehealth wellness brand. I'm not leading with that because this isn't a sales page — but it's relevant context. I'm not observing this space from the outside. I'm inside it, running the same protocols I help others access, with skin in the game in every sense of the phrase.

The Origin Story

I built a digital marketing agency from scratch. I grew it to a team of rock stars. I launched a podcast called The One Big Tip that ran almost 400 episodes and let me sit across from some of the smartest people in business. I specialized in marketing automation implementations ai-bots that actually work. That was — and still is — my professional identity.

But for all that systems intelligence, I was 285 pounds and getting heavier. My doctor had cycled me through every weight-loss medication she could responsibly prescribe. Nothing stuck. Then one afternoon she said something I've thought about almost every day since: "I have to find a way to motivate you."

That was February 2025. The turning point wasn't a diet book or a fitness influencer. It was a GLP-1 protocol, a peptide stack I researched and built myself, a gym membership I actually used, and the same tracking obsession I bring to everything else I do. Today I'm down 80+ pounds. Goal is 190. I still see a belly (dad-bod) in the mirror, and I log it every morning anyway. From marketing funnels to peptide protocols. Same obsession, different results.

READY TO OPTIMIZE?

I consult privately with a small number of clients: men and women who want to approach their biology the same way they approach their business. No bro science. No magic bullets. Real protocols, real data, real accountability.
