Nora discusses Leonardo in episode 3. You can find all the episodes in the link in the bio.
And just a reminder, she was getting over laryngitis when we filmed in July 2025. She's just fine now. -Laura

I adore Leonardo. He is so loving, yet strong when he needs to be.

Leonardo is amazing! I picture him as a giant teddy bear! ❤️

Absolutely love Leonardo, a real pussycat but there for you when needed 🩷

Last Purity quote between Eve and Roarke after closing the case, before the paperwork. Love her answer. -Laura
#purityindeath

Text reads:
“Enough fooling around, Ace. I’ve got work. Scram.”
“Let me ask you a question first. Do you know you’re right?”
“I know I’m right. I feel it in my gut. I feel it in my bones.”
“So do I. Lieutenant?”
“Yeah, what?”
“You’re a hell of a cop.”
She grinned. “Bet your ass.”

Just finished rereading Purity in Death❣️

The one that kept his distance from cops is not only besotted to one hell of a cop but learned to respect them through her. A turnaround for him and think about it, a turnaround for her and her concept of criminal (never convicted 😉).

What a guy! He always knows what to ask Eve to let her know she is back on track. Can’t wait to start rereading Portrait. One of my favs!!

Who expected Baxter to take to training so well? 😊 -Laura

Text reads:
“Lieutenant?” Trueheart whispered, as if already in church. “I want to thank you for allowing me to be a part of this op.”
“You’re going to suck up,” Baxter told him. “You suck up to me now. I suck up to Dallas. That’s the food chain.”

Loved this and Baxter really did take to training well

To some it would look like sucking up, but to Trueheart it's just pure innocent honesty. But yeah suck up to the trainer first. Lol

I have read the whole series dozens of times, at the very least, just got finished reading Purity again. It is by far, the best thing she has written to date. Truly an emotional roller coaster! My hats off to you Nora ❤️ This storyline will never grow old. Eve's family is my internal family and I can't wait to watch them grow. Please don't ever turn them into a movie , I beg of you.
