Bespoke Funerals & Prices

At Jonathan Alcock & Sons we prefer to offer bespoke tailored funerals over set price plans, unless you are looking to have a Direct Cremation or Simple Cremation. We understand how important, unique and personal each Funeral is.

Direct Cremations

Direct Cremations – a popular alternative to traditional Cremation Funeral Services.  Typically, a Direct Cremation takes place without a formal funeral service, mourners, or a procession. However, there are variations available.

Our Price Promise

Whilst we cannot control third-party costs and disbursements, we can manage our professional charges. We have chosen to absorb the price increases and our professional charges will remain unchanged from 2025.

Storage of Funeral Wishes

Another service that we offer free of charge is holding in storage a file containing your wishes. We can ensure your wishes are carried out by holding your details and your requirements on file.

Memorial Postbox

We are so pleased to share that we have recently added a very special Memorial Postbox in the grounds of our  Funeral Home in Cheadle. We warmly invite the families we have served, along with the wider bereaved community of Stockport, to write and send letters, messages or cards to their departed loved ones.

Memorial Jewellery

Capturing a small part of your loved ones ashes in a beautiful and meaningful piece of jewellery is a really special way to hold your loved one close. Your loved ones ashes are respectfully and carefully encased in the jewellery or keepsake for you to treasure always.
