What I like: stuck up, lethal Arthur; cunning, intuitive Eames, Dom having Arthur's back, Eames a little jealous of Dom/Arthur, switchy pieces in which Eames and Arthur alternate as bottoms.
What I don't like: i won't read underage or non con, girl!arthur or girl!eames. i'm skittish (and generally not a fan of) sub!arthur, bondage, prostitution, rough trade, and pwp.
Here's another one I'll be adding to sporadically.
Can be construed as canon
At Home in the Sea by pyrimidine, in which arthur and eames take a while to figure out what to do with their feelings and the foreplay is rich and dynamic instead of infuriating.
Military 'Verse by imogenedisease, in which arthur tries to be protective over eames and i never knew i wanted it so bad.
What Am I Doing, in which three lines of fic are ridiculously adorable.
Breaking and Entering by Resonant, in which arthur loves eames first and eames takes a long time to realize he feels the same.
Life Begins at 35 by bookshop, in which there is a bit of miscommunication and Arthur tortures himself by watching Eames with others. HEA though.
A Fake Handshake Don't Make No Man by recrudescence, in which my brain explodes with the brilliance of this piece, seriously if you were to ONLY READ ONE FIC, PLEASE, READ THIS ONE...and in which arthur sleeps with men and eames is...(WHAT IS THE ADJECTIVE THAT GOES HERE) and they explore all that that means together.
Where the Dead Live by mirabellafic, in which arthur does a terrible thing but calls eames the monster and some fantasy elements slips into this canon-esque piece.
AU Call and Answer by airgiodslv, in which Arthur is an incubus and Eames a willing victim and I know what this sounds like, but, trust me.
Early Returns by rageprufrock, in which Arthur is a frighteningly good copy editor and Eames is a hardworking reporter and Eames started the relationship by tiptoeing out in the morning in spectacularly poor form.
Night Work by sorrynotsorry, in which Arthur is a porn blogger and Eames is a porn star and it could easily be rated PG-13 or a mild R with all the sweet/funny going on here.
