The Makerspace staff are available to provide 3D modeling services to Indiana University School of Medicine faculty members for projects that have been approved by the Ruth Lilly Medical Library Tech Team. Indiana University School of Medicine faculty should expect a minimum of 4 weeks of modeling time per model. The Makerspace staff are not available to provide 3D modeling services to students.

A slicer program converts your 3D scans/models into files that contain instructions that your 3D printer can easily understand, thus making them ready for printing.
