ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE ELECTIVE DEVELOPMENT SERIES PROGRAM

The Technology Executive Elective Development Series (TEEDS) is a flexible, futurefocused professional development offering designed for senior technology leaders who want to sharpen their strategic edge without stepping away from their day-to-day executive responsibilities.

Built on ITSMF’s proven legacy of developing high-impact technology executives, TEEDS recognizes a simple reality: today’s leaders must continuously adapt as technology, risk, and stakeholder expectations evolve. Rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum, this series allows executives to select targeted learning modules aligned to their current priorities and career trajectory.

TEEDS blends thought leadership, practical application, and peer-level dialogue, equipping participants to move from awareness to action in the areas that matter most right now.

    ELECTIVE MODULES

Participants in the TEEDS program can select up to three modules based on their professional and personal growth needs. Each module is up to 12 weeks of topical content relevant to senior technology executives, delivered in a virtual setting. They are facilitated by ITSMF executives and/or ITSMF alliance partners with deep expertise in specific subjects. The order and timing for each module is at the discretion of the participants. Each module is $3,500. A package of three modules costs $9,500

    Cybersecurity Leadership & Risk Management

Designed for executives accountable for enterprise risk, this module reframes cybersecurity as a business and leadership challenge—not just a technical one. Participants strengthen their ability to assess cyber risk, engage boards and senior stakeholders, respond to incidents, and align security investments with organizational priorities.

    Futurist Skills for Technology Leaders

This forward-looking module equips executives with the mindset and tools to anticipate disruption rather than react to it. Participants explore trends shaping the future of work, technology, and society, while building skills in strategic foresight, scenario planning, and adaptive leadership.

    Executive Communications for Technology Leaders

Communication mastery is a measurable leadership accelerator. Technical expertise alone is no longer enough. This module introduces a structured executive presence framework that provides repeatable methodology that strengthens clarity, persuasion, and executive presence in board-level and stakeholder presentations. Participants complete a baseline communication assessment, receive structured feedback, and track measurable growth in clarity, confidence, structure, and delivery effectiveness. Leaders do not just learn concepts — they apply them in live executive-style presentations with guided refinement, accelerating real-world readiness.

    360 Presence for Technology Executives

360 Presence is a three-month executive leadership experience designed for senior leaders and executive-ready professionals who are navigating increased scope, visibility, and complexity. As leadership responsibility expands, effectiveness is no longer driven by skill alone. Leaders must demonstrate presence, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to sustain performance over time. While designed for a broad audience, this workshop is especially relevant for women in technology and for leaders who support, manage, or champion women’s growth and success in tech organizations. 360 Presence is a group-coaching experience that develops these capabilities by integrating leadership development with the personal and emotional capacities required to lead at scale.

    WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?

    TEEDS is designed for:

    • Senior IT and technology executives
    • Aspiring C-suite leaders
    • Executives seeking targeted, high-impact development in emerging or mission-critical areas
