What is ITEC+ about?
ITEC+ is aimed at helping the industry in the transition from conventional vehicles to advanced electrified vehicles. The conference is focused on components, systems, standards, and grid interface technologies, related to efficient power conversion for all types of electrified transportation, including electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (EVs, HEVs, and PHEVs) as well as heavy-duty, rail, and off-road vehicles and airplanes and ships.
Who should attend the conference?
Engineers specializing in electric vehicle (EV) design, powertrain development, battery technology, and electrical systems.
Researchers and academics involved in advanced propulsion systems, power electronics, and energy storage technologies.
Executives and decision-makers from automotive manufacturers, electric vehicle startups, and component suppliers.

Is there transportation from the airport?
Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) offers a designated area for guests arriving at the airport to connect with their Uber, Lyft, and other ride app services. After collecting your baggage, follow signs for “Ride App Pickup.” At the McNamara Terminal, the pickup area is located on the Ground Transportation level, adjacent to the parking garage. For the Evans Terminal, ride app pickups are on the Ground Transportation level outside of baggage claim. Both terminals are just a short walk from baggage claim, with clear signage to guide you. Shuttles are also available for parking and rental car services but are not needed for ride app pickups.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation before May 1, 2026: 90% refund
Cancellation before June 1, 2026: 50% refund
Cancellation after June 1, 2026: no refund
Are there group rates for institutions?
Yes – Bring your team! ITEC+EATS is offering its best group package rates ever for industry attendees. Bring a team of 5 or more industry participants and receive 20% off registration!
How do I get a guest pass?
You are able to add a guest pass to your registration. This allows your guest—such as a spouse, partner, or child—access to the exhibit area. For an additional fee of $250, guests may also attend the social events and receptions taking place during the conference.
What meals are included in a full conference registration?
June 10th – Two Coffee Breaks

Are there shuttles from the airport?
There will not be shuttle service for transportation to and from the airport(s).
Are there shuttles to and from the convention center?
Yes, both hotels are providing a scheduled shuttle to and from the Vibe Credit Union Showplace.
